Anyone fighting to get money back stay strong! I Got mine back. The gambling comission removed their licence in the UK. I wrote to the gambling comission who have not yet replied. Because under the UK licence conditions (when sts bet had a UK licence) part of the licence conditions are that players funds should be held in a separate account. I've asked the gambling comission as to why so many people are fighting for winnings and money owed and why, when the gambling commission revoked their licence was the monies not returned to players

You revoked sts bets UK licence as part of their UK licence conditions, why were winnings not held in player protected accounts? In line with UK licence conditions?

I firmly believe that enough of us raise this issue our voices will be heard. Not enough is done to safeguard players. The best advice I can give as someone who gambled for years online is don't do it! There is no regulator in the UK with the players best interests at heart.

I'll help anyone to get their money back if needed but if successful I'd ask that 10 percent is given to a gambling harm charity.

Same old betting sites. Takes the money in a second but then you can’t get out unless you stick with it. Took 6 hours back and forth to sort out. Website crashed so many times. How do these shoddy sites get away with it?

I opened an account and placed a few sports bets. Won some money nothing major but after requesting to withdrawal it was rejected due to needing to provide verification. All I needed was driving licence/proof of address/and photo of bank card with certain numbers blanked out and it was sorted. I again asked to withdrawal and received my money with 24 hours. I got emails at every step telling me what proof of ID was needed and like I said I received the money quicker than some major bookies. Can’t speak up about other peoples experiences, but I’m genuine and I’ve had no issue at all….would use again. Thanks STS!

Vile, no good, scam of a company. You can deposit in seconds but withdrawals are ongoing 15+ days later. Asked for an absolutely absurd amount of verification to which once adhered to, there’s miraculously an issue with every way of withdrawing. I will not stop going at them and spreading how much of a sham they really are. They won’t win this one. Absolute scum.

Signed up and starting playing was all perfectly fine. I lost a little bit of money and it stopped me from playing and just said monthly loss limit reached, this wasn’t mentioned before I deposited. I then withdrew the remaining balance, they accepted my ID straight away and processed my withdrawal, then it was declined as apparently my bet rejected it. I got back in touch and they stated I need to send in a bank statement to prove my bank details although they already had them, they needed a transaction on the statement to prove I used that account. I chase every day for a week and finally got my money back, well so I thought anyway. When the money came into my account it was less that it was meant to be and there trying to claim it’s my banks fault and not there’s, really not true as my bank have shown the transaction that came in. I have bet on many sites and this is by far the worst, can I have my money back yet?

They do everything they can to avoid paying out. ID checks are pedantic and way beyond what any other gambling firm requires or indeed is required by law. Avoid like the plague!

Tried alternative bookmaker. Bit concerned they wanted ID etc so quickly once they took my deposit. But it was only passport and proof of address, which was verified within 10 mins. I had a decent win and withdrew it to source - was on my card within 60mins. So nothing to complain about. Solid alternative option.

If I could rate these cowboys less than 1 star, I would! The site isn't that great with poor odds, but the most disappointing thing about this Polish outfit is their KYC process. the KYC verification process is completely over the top and they keep asking for the same documentation over and over again. they are essentially annoying customers by blocking withdrawals and access to bet on the site due to a management team who don't understand the requirement from the gambling commission to carry out further checks. they clearly use this as a tool to delay payments. they have asked me for pension and payroll documents even though i've already provided about 10 pieces of documentation. i generally feel like my identity will be stolen and i will be on the receiving end of fraud soon. i will be looking to seek more professional advice and reporting to commission and other gambling authorities.

Look at the state of this site, not one positive reviews. How the gambling commission allow sites like this questions just how badly online gambling is nowadays. This site doesn't pay out. They steal your profit and hold your withdrawals to ransom!!!!
