now, before you even think about using this site, be aware that in a day and age where everything is automatic and instant, this lot still have manual intervention in place for well.... everything. My account has been fully verified since day 1, i requested a withdrawl and was prompted for further proof, i thought ok, do you know what, i'll entertain it and can only assume that it will speed the process up. 4 or 5 days after having provided the additional info (card details, statement etc) i am then asked again for the same info.
Unfortunately their incompetence and inaction is proving to inconvenience me, and as such i urge you all to do the same. Raise a complaint with a 3rd company Bookie resolution service like IBAS, raise a formal complaint with Gambling Commission and create so much admin for them that it costs them more to resolve the situation than it does to issue the requested withdrawl. Hopefully, one of 2 things will happen, a refund is issued, or the more desirable option, a refund is issued and the company is fined to such an extent that they are forced to close down.

After being fully verified and placing a winning bet then trying to withdraw then guess what? The same Id that was already verified was needed again! Then the deposit method I used to deposit cannot be used to withdraw. Need to deposit again and add new payment method. 3 times the same Id is needed after being fully verified. They'll just run you around in circles and you need to wait 48-72 hours for a reply. As for live chat, well they are useless too. I'm waiting to be verified again.

Very poor website. Horse racing is quite basic and missing things like the French Derby. Prices the night before were always SP. No app and feels very basic. They require far to much personal data to payout on your winners and are happy to take your deposits with no security data at all. They even ask for copy of PayPal URL’s to verify your address. This seems suspicious and unnecessary. I tried live chat and gave up as the header said 4 min wait but after 17 mins it still said 4 mins. I emailed in to Customer care and after about 3 days got a reply. So nearly a week after requesting a withdrawal I still do not have my money. All in all quite poor and there are many bookmakers out there that are miles better than these guys. My advice is don’t bother with them.

Logged in and deposited, attempted to place a bet, bet slips states must log in to place a bet, press log in, nothing happens. Close bet slip, log out, log in again, try to place bet, same thing. I can see my balance on the same screen where the bet slip is telling me I need to log in to place a bet, attempt to contact live chat, button doesn't work. Log in on different device, same outcome, this time I can use live chat, advisor is useless, asks me if he would like to help me close my account as I'm having problems with them. I would honestly urge everyone to avoid STS bet, simply the worst bookmaker in a sea of plenty, no reason to use STS again.

Absolutely disgraceful! Opened an account a week ago and won £1000 - tried to withdraw and they asked me for documents including ID, proof of address and copy of bank card - uploaded the documents straight away and they said they need 48 hours to verify! So today they said the copy of my bank card has been rejected due to it not being signed so I have to sign it and wait ANOTHER 48 hours for it to be verifiedn! This is an absolutely joke! I don’t know why they can’t check it there and then - let’s see what excuse they give when it comes to withdrawal

Opened an account with them then the site been down. Been down for 2 days. Can't even spend the £10 I deposit and reading the comments here don't look like I'm getting me money back. The gambling commission not doing there job letting this company stay open. Is sts down for everyone or does it go down after you deposit.

Edit I had to open paypal account to get my money. But they paid and I got me free bets. Upgraded to 3 stars good free bet deal but lot of messing about with paypal. Also issues with site loading best to use at night.

Unfortunately I have to echo other reviews that STSBET is simply a front for what are essentially scammers. I registered and deposited £10 to take advantage of their £30 freebet promotion. Well, I wish I hadn't. My initial bet and one of my freebets came in, and I tried to withdraw my meagre winnings of £54.40. Later that. Ight I receive an email citing that "they have received an error from my bank" when trying to process the withdrawal to the same card I deposited with (the same card no other bookmaker has had an issue with crediting with funds up to this point) and that to resolve the issue, I need to register another payment method (depositing ANOTHER £10 to do so), essentially holding my funds to ransom. There was no way I was going to willingly give these crooks any more of my funds, so I got in touch with them via their online chat portal, and was put through to "Marcin". After some unnecessary, inane questions, I was told I would have to upload my bank statement corresponding to the card/account that was used to deposit, so they could do a manual bank transfer. I have since spoken to my bank and they have confirmed that no funds have attempted to be credited to my card, and if this was the case. They would never block funds from entering My account, conforming STS are indeed just blatant liars. I'm awaiting their verification process, and not holding my breath on ever receiving my rightfully won winnings, no matter how many hoops they ask me to jump through. Bettors beware, there are many other sites out there, avoid this one.

Update: So, it's been just over a week since I wrote my review and guess what? You guessed right, I still have not received my funds. They have asked me to provide every possible peice of documentation they can think of and now I have, rhere seems to be no one around to verify that documentation. I have had multiple conversations with falsely named advisors, all giving me the same, canned responses. Again, please avoid this site.

I deposited £10 then the site wouldn't load up ,I waited and waited so decided to withdraw my deposit, shortly after I received an email from them telling me that if I did it again I would be charged 5%,I tried the site again but it won't load up at all ,that's when I started to read these awful revues ,I'll just stay away in future and it seems I was lucky to get my deposit back.

I then went through the verification process which I sent, utility statement, PayPal screenshot, passport and bank card. This is not enough ID and now need a statement from

Scam, stay away

Opened account via offer on ATR Website. Made initial Deposit which won, tried to withdraw but advised it was not successful, advised to try another Card, deposited another £10 and again, advised could not withdraw.
Gave bank transfer details, and more excuses.
36 e mails later still waiting for my money.
Total Scammers.
ATR should also take some responsibility, allowing this Cowboy Outfit to scam Customers who opened accounts in good faith.
