There is nothing good to say about your STS Bet and I don't even understand the existence of the casino. I was lucky and successfully wagering the welcome bonus. However, they informed me that I have broken the rules, which is absolutely not true. They only paid me back my deposit and withheld my winnings (almost 2000 euros). I think the purpose of casinos is to provide entertainment and possibly quick wins if you're lucky. I don't understand what the purpose of your casino is. It seems that casino is only stealing people's money, which I think is really wrong... Do not under any circumstances play that casino if you want to get your winnings!

Constantly asking for verification of identity and gets more and more intrusive. Eventually I had enough and closed account after they wanted unredacted bank statement as proof of ID.

Account closed after supplying multiple verification pictures of debit card and driving licence. “Confiscated” over £300 as withholding stake amounts.

Omg this has to be the worst site in relation to RTP returns, every Bonus is set at X20 return. It's impossible to maintain a balance here, they Scam you from the Get go. AVOID THIS ONE LIKE THE CONVID INJECTION.

So, I've been going through my casino accounts (seeing which ones were still accessible...UK-based), and got to STS bet.
Everything seemed fine, got a nice bit of profit, then the issues started.

It turns out, where every other casino site I play on accepts a bank statement proving the card I deposited with is mine...STS Bet want to see the actual transaction with their site on it.

My problem: if you deposit on their site, you won't be able to withdraw anything until you can provide a statement showing that transaction. My statements are routinely issued once a month by my bank. In my case I was a day into the most recent statement period, meaning I'd have to wait almost a month to provide a statement showing my STS transaction, and withdraw my money.

So, right now I'm pestering my bank to issue a non-routine statement to give to STS Bet.

This betting company is a scam. Will do everything to not pay out any withdrawals. Have been in talks with them for months, provided them every documentation, and still have not allowed the money to be withdrawn. SCAM.

Buggy website. Keeps crashing. Both on iPad and laptop. Admittedly I was also banned from promotions after 1 month which was one of the ‘games’ I enjoyed… trying to get the free bets etc.

Holding my money asking for absolutely stupid things (like a picture of me holding my id to prove its me) now they won’t send my money back as I don’t pay bills at my house. I sent a credit card statement but its not good enough for them. My utility bills are not in my name. This has been going on for 4 weeks now. Don’t waste your time with this company

So now my account been shut down my winnings taken from me but refunded my deposits for no reason no explanation scum company soon be in the mud

5 days I've been waiting for my withdrawal,spoke to customer services and all I get is ,that they can't give me an accurate time frame but rested assured it will be done as soon as possible,what kind of response is that ,avoid this site of cowboys

AVOID! Happy to let me deposit but putting me through the ringer when I'm trying to withdraw a poxy £200. Now I've provided a multitude of documents they're now resorting to telling me there was an error processing my payment, so I have to deposit MORE via an alternative method and then withdraw from that, only I can't now because they have frozen my account, with my balance still in there! Scam artists.

They've got a £200 loss limit on there system which is nothing per month. I contacted live chat over 10 times to get this removed. They asked for 2 months of bank statements and 3 months of payslips. I provided it to them, then they asked for a further 3 months of bank statements. I want to make a bet not apply for a mortgage

I’ve played on STSbet for a few weeks, deposited £30 and was playing Madame destiny megaways on £2 stake, at £26 a win appeared on screen (quite a large win) but it wasn’t credited and then it popped up saying my accounts been blocked! Luckily I screen record my playing sessions so have this on video. But they’re being absolutely useless in live chat and email to pay the winnings out! They debited the £2 from the balance for the spin!!

Joke of a company they was alright at first processing withdrawals then verification happened I sent everything you can think of I been waiting 9 days still same response on live chat when we get response from the team we contact you immediately yet I'm still waiting they accepted my other documents just passport selfie but just says in review stayed like since 12th July weird all of that as winning just over £10,000 from them probably won't verify account so they don't have to pay me don't know what else to do
