Tried to return a faulty item
Tried to return a faulty item. Initially recieved a message asking how i prefered to return the item royal mail or hermes. When i replyed i heard nothing further despite repeated messages on chat and email.

It wasn’t immediately clear that the item was being posted from china. As a consequence it took a long time to arrive. However, customer support was quick to reply when I enquired about the lack of delivery after 15 days and were very helpful

I only got to use this once 2 weeks ago, wish I would of checked it when I bought it last year, charge it put it on bottle the thing wouldn't turn off choose what I tried, it now in the bin ,

The water dispenser was defective and…
The water dispenser was defective and despite sending a email to complain I've had no reply. It emptied 4 litres of water into my worktop and floor so not happy.

I never received what I ordered and they don’t answer calls or emails. So they have basically just taken my money. Do not use this company.

We’ve not just taken your money, the item has been dispatched to you and you should have received a confirmation email with the Royal Mail tracking number. I have just checked your tracking number and the item is with your local post office and they were due to attempt delivery yesterday, if you didn’t receive it yesterday, it might be worth contacting your local Royal Mail depot.
Our delivery times are 10-14 working days.

One of the items arrived faulty,a…
One of the items arrived faulty,a replacement was offered, but preferred to return both items one of which was not faulty. Delivery times are rather long and would probably not have ordered, although this is stated on the website but I hadn;t checked. Items are returned at the cost of the customer but the refund was processed promptly.
