Out of all the reviews in respect of this product on Amazon, this company stood out in terms of the goods being reliable. Easy to order. Quick efficient delivery. All good so far 👍

The battery works.
Arrived fast and its not broken and was put through letterbox correctly. Thank you so much.

Lots of news there- some ideas and views that are out of the ordinary.

I ordered a replacement battery for a Logitech mouse. It seemed to work ok for a few months, but now it never charges properly - always reporting 20% but never more. After a day, it's dead.

I've tried reaching out to this company twice via their support link on amazon - no response.

I cannot recommend a battery from this company, despite the unusual positive reviews on here. If I truly had a one-off dud, why do they not respond?

As of 23/3/26, probably prompted by this, I get this email:


Reached out twice via amazon (no response) and they 'info' email.

I take offence at that 'putting a lot of energy' comment. I did put my (Amazon) order in the subject line and you even replied to my email with it in the subject line. I don't know who 'Horton' is. Here it is again:

Item was delivered on time and in good condition. The glass is a little loose in the frame so it can rattle a bit, I am not sure if this will be a problem?

This was a bad sale the battery did not work Then the customer service was very rude as I did ordered the correct one they say it’s not but Dyson told me it’s DC30 they want me to send it back what I did but have to pay the courier and it’s not my fault so I cancel my payment and send the faulty one they send to me back

I needed a battery for my laptop urgently.
I bought it from their website and they say: 2-3 days delivery.
It's a lie, as you can read on Trust pilot. I have seen people here waiting 15 days for their delivery.
They should indicate this on their website, delivery is very important and they just hide that information from you.
I'd never had bought from them if I'd knew this.
Now my working laptop is useless until who knows when.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Excellent in every way . I found the company lovely to work with accomodating clear and informative . Would use again in a heartbeat we need more companies like this who treat customers ( people ) like humans ...how it should be .
