Excellent service from ordering to delivery and the quality of the garden furniture is very good.

Ordered a cabin after I lost my wife in July last year as a project to occupy me.
Anyway starting the project was delayed as two base logs were warped.
I rang them on a Thursday and the guy said I can get two made up
I rang again on the Monday the guy said the same and added it'll be about 7 days.
15 minutes later I rang back and told him to sent to logs for me to cut to shape....they arrived the next day.
Cutting them to shape took me 15 minutes.
When the cabin was completed two rows of shingles blew off in gusty weather even though the weather had been scorching the sticky sealing stips did not bond.
They wanted me to pay for replacements and said they didn't have many.
I wasn't happy being asked to pay and would have expected free replacements as a good will gesture considering how much I had spent.
Anyway I managed to piece together the shingles and sealed everything with black mastic.
The shingles are firmly in place now
The completed cabin looks great

Ordered a Gazebo online from this company. Not yet taken delivery of this as one of their reps has advised that we need to offload the heavy item off the van for the driver who is unable to assist! WTH!!! Never heard of such nonsense! Both my husband and I are retired pensioners and in no fit state to do this. Moreover, there was no mention of these delivery conditions on the website when I ordered and on the invoice. The carrier now has the item ready to deliver but we're not accepting under these ridiculous conditions!
Would avoid ordering from this company if they expect their customer to do their donkey work for them!

Update: Item delivered 20th July onto driveway via a 3rd party pallet company. Noted driver had to use manual powered jack. Unsure why this option hadn't been offered previously. Prior to item being delivered we were given the option to pay additional costs of £504 for a crane delivery! Even though issue was resolved, I will NEVER purchase from this company and urge anyone considering a purchase to ensure they read all of the t's and c's and in particular, the delivery instructions.

The product was packaged well, delivered on time at to the right location. Driver helped me carry it onto site.
Product looks a bit flimsy when unpacked but looks great once assembled. I had 2 queries whilst building my 8m long lean to carport and they where answered in a timely manner.
No bits missing and clear instructions. Assembly video was also good.

Great product, easy to assemble, and looks stunning.

Delivery was well planned and executed; all parts were included and well packed.

The quality of the supplied screws could have been better, as some heads sheared off and some rounded off, but there were enough spares.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’ve had a greenhouse for the last 20 years without any problems. I ordered the 8x10 greenhouse from this company and once built, it was obvious that the quality was poor. Three panels blew out within two weeks, and the customer support that followed was delayed and poor. They have advised me that as I live within 4 miles of the English Channel, and on a new build estate close to the countryside, it is essentially my fault that the panels have blown and they are unwilling to replace them. The wind here is minimal, and they are basing their response on assumptions. I have also fitted the greenhouse to a six inch concrete base, three inches higher than the flimsy the one they provide, which they claim has raised the greenhouse to a significant level to be ncur the additional wind required to blow out the panels. Poor quality product and poor customer service. Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste your money.

Avoid this company. We purchased a shed from them in August 2025 and the problems started immediately. The shed delivered was not the correct one, and even the instructions were wrong. On the day of delivery, the wooden door was already bent and split — we reported this straight away and sent photos, but nothing was done.

Within just a few months, the ship‑lap panels began coming apart, the wood warped, and the roof started leaking. The overall build quality has been extremely poor, and these issues appeared well before the shed was even six months old.

Despite repeatedly contacting the company and providing evidence of the faults from day one, they have offered no help, no repair, and no responsibility. Very disappointing product and even worse customer service.

Update – 8 July 2026:
In response to the company’s reply: I did email on 19 August 2025 and reported that the wrong shed and incorrect instructions were delivered, along with several faults visible on the day of installation. I did not receive any reply at that time.

I have since sent photographs showing the shed’s rapid deterioration, including splitting panels and widening gaps. I have also emailed again on 8 July 2026 requesting an update, as the shed continues to worsen. I will update this review once the company provides a full response or resolution.

I have asked if if there is any warranty on the product I have purchased but not response since 7 days ago.
Specifically is with regards a lean to aluminium gazebo wich all polycarbonate sheets have been damaged by the hailstorm.
The other roof on which I used polycarbonate sheets purchased elsewhere ist absolutely fine.

No comment.

I ordered a bin store from here expecting a decent quality product. Less than a year later it’s falling to pieces, would avoid ordering from here. Customer service aren’t even replying to my emails.

7 weeks into a 4 to 6 week delivery window and still no delivery date. At six weeks which was the end of the delivery I emailed, it took two emails for them to get back to me but still no real info. They have now told me to call Albany sheds myself…. They can’t be bothered. As with all these things they take the money immediately and then don’t give any thought to a customers. No updates, no comms and no service. Please don’t use these as the service is rubbish and they don’t care about customers …and I still have not got my shed,
I can’t comment on the product because they can’t be bothered to deliver it on time!

I would have liked letters on bags of screws instead of having to count each bag to find what they were. Bolts on doors very flimsy.Overall it looked ok when finished

I was concerned about ordering on the internet and many day delivery seemed ridiculous but it was delivered on time and was better than expected. My only comments are the screws that fit the holes in the extrusion could be half the length. I sheared the heads off 6 before drilling the extrusion first.

All well described, good value for good price. Option for back panel which couldn’t find in different suppliers, the same size wise. Others have it at least 60cm wider which was too big for me

Detailed information on each product they sell which is extremely useful. Kept fully informed by e'mail of delivery etc., which also included a video of how to erect the carport, so helpful. I would be happy to use this Company again and highly recommend it. One criticism I do have, which is not this Company's fault, but the delivery Company who only sent the driver, to unload a package over 12' long and 50+ kgs weight. He was very friendly and helpful, but only managed to get it into our front garden. We had to get help from neighbours' to get it round the back.

We bought a lean-to with polycarbonate roof which was supposedly UV resistant. After three years, cracks and faults appeared in the roof which leaked. We reported this with photos to the company and were given what we considered excuses why it might have occurred. They said it has been built at too narrow an angle although we had built it well within the specifications they provided. They said it could have either been cleaned with abrasive or fitted the wrong way round. Neither was true. They said we lived in a high pollution area although, as most people in England, we live in an ordinary town with nothing spectacular pollution-wise remotely near us. I think they even suggested our garden was south facing which according to them was also a problem. We are now replacing the roof via somebody else at our expense. Their after sales and customer care are diabolical. Stay well clear of this company!!!!

RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE. They did just reply to my review on Trustpilot but it was more of the same pathetic brushing us off. Our bungalow extension has a flat roof and no algae forms on it. In any case it has a gutter ahead of the lean to. They didn’t offer to replace the faulty items. They said they could supply replacement at FULL COST! We DO clean the roof regularly with water. The tip they mention is an ordinary council household items collection tip which has no relevance to the issues we have had. Total deflection from the company. When we first installed we were delighted and recommended to others. We would never dream of recommending now due to their unsympathetic approach to a customer’s genuine problem.

Well built, and easy to assemble Aluminium Lean to Gazebo. Issue with a damaged roof panel.on delivery, quickly sorted and replaced by the team. Highly recommended

Easy to order, delivered on time, roof panel was damaged but a replacement was sent quickly. Looks great, very pleased with it.

Bought 2 and the joining kit went together like a dream and everyone has said how good it looks easy to install and beautiful finish thanks
