Another enjoyable holiday with Sunrise Holidays. Trip based in Weston-Super-Mare, all good, the hotel, trips out and friendly staff. Weather only reasonable but never any guarantees with that.

We stayed overnight in one room 1st…
We stayed overnight in one room 1st floor, and we were kept awake all night by seagulls, now that may seem trivial to you, but actually we had to move rooms the next day. That room was on the fifth floor . The kettle was broken (was replaced quickly), but also the TV had no sound we complained everyday . The tv never was repaired .Then to top the lot the evening meals were poor , not presented at all nice looked a bit grey , really put me off. Not up to Sunrise standard. Also the first time we had to carry in our bags in some of us are old.

I am sorry the hotel service was not to the level we expect and this will be raised with the hotel. Unfortunately a number of hotels across the UK have removed porterage services and therefore we are unable to offer this as a guarantee on our holidays.

Always a good holiday, very well organised. Brilliant hotel which was situated near the promenade. The food in the hotel was exceptionally very good, also the entertainment was excellent as well.

Lovely break…
I have just returned from a 5 day break to Coventry and Ironbridge.
I have had a lovely time. Our coach driver Adie was brilliant. Amusing, kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The hotel was great. We had a large comfortable room. The food was good. Especially the lovely cooked breakfasts! All of the hotel staff were kind helpful and friendly. I look forward to travelling with you again. Thankyou.

Great New Driver
We had a driver who was on his maiden trip. He was very helpful and friendly and helped make the experience more enjoyable as the weather was poor. If the driver is approachable and cheerful, the passengers have a much better experience.

Nidd Hall holiday
We enjoyed a good holiday. Everything ran smoothly on our Sunrise coach journey there and back. We have stayed at Nidd Hall before (prior to the pandemic) but this time we felt some of the food wasn't served quite as hot as it should have been. The entertainment was excellent as was our signature room.

Get what you pay for is certainly right…
Get what you pay for is certainly right but not disappointing Coach Driver/Courier good, excellent trips, and very enjoyable overall.
Hotel is a bit aged but helpful and friendly staff together with plenty of delicious food and good service.
Building a bit dowdy and steps between corridors and lift, but nevertheless clean and all amenities including evening singing entertainment, games room, including a reasonably priced bar and other facilities made it 4/5.
It’s not the Ritz, just a friendly, elderly, building that coach companies use to give clients a reasonable base for reasonable priced and varied holidays.

Enjoyable holiday but did feel it was a bit rushed. Would have been preferable to have had more time visiting one place a day than two. Especially as return time to the coach was 13:00 not giving enough time to view and have lunch. The hotel was comfortable, staff helpful and great entertainment

Not a good start
On the date we went we were not told that we were going to get a taxi sent to us, we were waiting for a coach. It was cold with nowhere to sit down. The taxi was late & we thought it was another company as we were told by Sunrise. We got there late & the taxi was quite old & untidy. We got to Cambridge very late.

Singles Holiday - Newport Wales
This was advertised as a singles holiday. We were staying in a hotel on the outskirts of the town and there was no entertainment provided. There was no attempt to provide any getting to know you activities and on the excursions there was no information provided as to where to go and what to do. We were dropped off in towns and just told what time to be back at the coach. The driver did not know anything about the places to visit.
