Purchased a 6x3 m veranda and after comparing with other suppliers I can honestly say that this was and is the best quality product by far. The installation team worked tirelessly through inclement weather to complete the installation. I consider them to be first class.
I do however wish to share a few learned points from a health and safety perspective.
A 2 man team should not be expected to lift and install a reinforced beam. Additional manpower was provided after the initial failure to lift the beam onto the support jacks.
Accessibility issues was not identified for the glass lay down area which meant a little disruption but was overcome.
Overall I would throughly recommend both the product and installation teams. Thank you.

Love the product and have loved using it but the follow-up customer service has been dreadful.
My glass room was installed 2 years ago and has never been sealed the way it needs. It leaks where it meets the house wall whenever it rains and it leaks where the drainpipe is sited, so the floor there is permanently green and as the water spreads the rug and feet of the furniture get wet.
I had 2 return visits in the first 12 months but they didn’t solve the problems.
I have been chasing for a 3rd visit since January of this year and have either been ignored or told that 'the manager will be chased' and 'rest assured' and 'we will do out best to fit you in' but nothing has been done. When I said I felt I had no choice now but to get some legal advice I was told I would have a visit to sort it out on 21 August. Then I was told that this was not going to be possible so it would be on 30 August instead. Nobody came and no reply to my email requesting confirmation. No updates and they have ignored my request to find a 3rd party who could do the work instead and bill them.
The product and concept are great and all the fitters were lovely people but the whole experience has been let down by the follow-up. I would think twice about using this company if I were you.

We are delighted with our sunspace canopy. It has taken our outdoor space to a new level and we’re very much enjoying making full use of it.
The whole team from planning to installation were extremely helpful and we were very impressed with having the whole job complete it one day.

It’s been a terrible experience to date and we are no closer to having the problem resolved. Poor communication and chasing throughout is the first thing that comes to mind. They surveyed the site twice and were very confident in delivering the Varanda to the highest of standards. The measurements were all wrong from width to length and they decided to cut everything down even the glass and even after that we are waiting for parts. We found it unacceptable to be paying that sort of price when we preferred to pay for what we wanted due to the glass being chopped down on each end and clearly visible however they would not do this. So we are at a standstill and I have had no choice to leave such a review based on the poor experience to date. I really hope they come back and resolve this as it’s not nice having aluminium and glass in the garden with kids running around. It’s so unsafe and very very unprofessional. Even my front driveway has glass on it. So right now I wish I never went ahead with any of this and that everything was back to the way it was before the works began.

Forget buying a Conservatory, a Glassroom is the way to go.
From being fully enclosed and protected from the weather to sliding all the glass doors open and being part of the garden - amazing! The Glassroom has been an eye opener to all our visitors.
The construction team did a great attention to detail job, we had one faulty item that was quickly rectified.
Communication with the company was faultless and always available to help.
When you buy a Glassroom keep all the wooden packing, it is great for making raised beds!

Its been great having a project with this company. Dedicated team of people. Shout out to Ben who has been a support from start to finish. Only problem is which is quite an issue for us our sliding door glass has got no lock to secure. I never thought this is not standard. But overall we are satisfied.

The Sales team were knowledgeable and supportive but never pushy; going above and beyond to explain the requirements needed to enable quick and easy installation, even before the patio was built. Installation team were efficient, friendly and left us with a clean outdoor space we could instantly.

It is the perfect space to sit outside in. All open or closed to the elements. High quality components and an efficient team install in no time.

I dealt with Luke who was very helpful in getting my project over the line.
We didnt want the legs on the end of our veranda as one of the legs would have been on the middle of the path.
Luke got this sorted for us an im pleased with the outcome, the build quality is extremely good.

We had a glass room installed by SunSpaces about 10 months ago. It's a fantastic combination half way between bare patio and conservatory, and we've been using it lots! Love it!
The product quality seems fine, not had any issues other than those that come with the concept of a glass room, and the installers did a great job.
The company was generally helpful and responsive.
The only minor issue is a non- standard drain.

After Lukes initial visit and expert advice on Bungalow Brackets we decided to proceed with Sunspaces for a Veranda at the rear of our Bungalow. The delivery of materials were all on time. Then John, Darrel and Darren worked tirelessly to give us a wonderful addition to our home. We highly recommend the product and service provided.

Ben was very helpful with our initial enquiries. The computer generated design was very useful in helping us make our choice to go with Sunspaces. The fitters worked hard and left premises clean and tidy. The empty crates were collected promptly. We are very pleased with the veranda and its made such a difference to our home.

Sunspaces were very efficient and professional.They surveyed the site and gave us good advice. The sunroom arrived as planned, and the two technicians worked really hard to install our new room.
We are absolutely delighted with our garden room, which is light and bright. It has a modern design which enhances our hoøme and is of excellent quality. We would highly recommend the whole experience.
