Suntrek Solar Avis

Excellent service and quick work. They did my solar pool heater and solar domestic water heater on the same day. Very happy with the Suntrek

We all make mistakes in life. At a very young age my Dad told me someone smarter than him (I doubt it) once said the measure of a person is not if they make mistakes but what they do about it when they do. For anyone who read my review, know that Suntrek’s owner called me back personally to apologize and generously went above & beyond to address my issue. He then called me back twice the same day with updates on his efforts. I have to believe that My experience was an unusual & isolated one and this company takes customer service to heart! Thank you Suntrek best to you & field staff that were always professional, honest & sincere.

"Das Personal ist sehr besorgt, wir sind mit dem Service zufrieden."

Suntrek staffs provide excellent service. Branch manager is very easy to communicate and scheduled us right away. They arrived on time and cleaned up after. Highly recommended.

Had a Pool Solar heating system which needed some fixing and got Suntrek to help with that.Took a few calls to get them to come by and take a look , but after they did the process was pretty smooth and they got the folks out here to fix it in a week or so. After the job was done , there was a small leak which wasn't attended to effectively , so had to make few more calls to get them to come again in a couple of weeks to fix it. Overall satisfied with the experience.

Ethan provided our family all the relevant information as we made our family decision to go solar. The first installation for the pool solar system was on time and went well. A few weeks later the solar and electrician team was out to complete the install. It was a one day install and the city inspector said the installation was VERY clean. I want to make sure the lead electrician Jose gets a shout out for being very thorough and answered all my questions. So far the experience has been flawless.

What a great experience! Everyone I worked with along the way was knowledgeable and highly professional! The install process was quick & painless!. Suntrek's installers even went the extra steps to hide as much of the conduit from the exterior as possible. Great work, highly recommended!

Suntrek knocked it out of the park! They were timely, responsive, well priced, and professional. We haven't been in the pool yet (early February) and we look forward extended swim seasons!

Thank you Ethan & Suntrek team for a great experience!

Suntrek Solar is a wonderful company to work with. Ethan Heine was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and well prepared at our appointment for a quote. We chose to go with his company. The price was reasonable and his crew was excellent. They were courteous, professional and very proficient in there work. They worked very well together and installed our system in less than a day. I recommend them to anyone looking to install pool solar system.

I had an urgent request and the team at Suntrek not only accommodated it, but did a great job following up as promised. The team who worked on my solar was friendly, polite and explained exactly what they were planning to do. They resolved quickly and I received a call from the office manager ensuring that everything was done to my satisfaction. They were extremely conscientious.
