Suntrek Solar Avis

The two young men that took down and replaced the solar panels on our roof were professional and outstanding on every level......easy to converse with and work with as the panels were replaced......our experience couldn’t be any better......a 5-star experience!!!!!!

Repeat customer for winterization of my pool solar heater. The crews are very thorough in their inspections and get the system completely drained for the winter. They leave behind no trace. Customer service to schedule the appointment is via a cheerful lass who knows her stuff.

Except for a little phone tag, our review of winterizing service and a valve replacement went very well with Amanda. She answered our questions in a very professional and polite manner. We were very satisfied with the response and also with the, on time, onsite service. Service tech showed and explained to us the issue with a defective valve, very polite.
Thank you.
Mike

Very professional and the work was done efficiently!
I would recommend using them for pool solar

Great job Suntrek! Work done on schedule, techs were friendly and qualified, no surprises. Didn’t break any roof tiles and left the area clean. Very happy customer.

We "inherited" Suntrek Solar after purchasing our home 3 years ago. Amanda always provides amazing customer service and is very thorough regarding the history of our system.
When we had our system winterized on 11/4/20, there was an unexpected issue and thereby unexpected cost. Mr. Manzo thoroughly explained the issue and offered best options. They were able to fix same day.
We continue to appreciate this company, even when, or should I say especially when, we have to have things fixed. :)

We’ve used Suntrek for fours years and have been completely satisfied with their work. Everything has been on time and as promised.

Came out to service the solar for my pool. They were quick and inexpensive. I’m very happy with their customer service and will continue to do business with Suntrek.

Nice guys. Good work.

Thank you for swiftly resolving the billing issue and for the quick response and availability if the technician to install the WhisperPro motor and the new solar 3 way valve.

Amanda has been amazing and has quickly responded to any issues I have had. All of the workers have been helpful and prompt. Very nice. We were very happy with our new solar this year it extended our pool time this summer by at least two months. We loved it!

Our Technician was superb he knew exactly what needed to be fixed explain to me in detail where the problem was, he also fixed another piece that we were not aware of that was leaking. I would recommend this company especially this technician Rolando for all the professionalism that he showed in repairing my Solar needs.

You always find problems? And I do not know if they are real, but I must trust the tech.

Great services by Suntrek Solar! We're very happy our solar heating system for our pool, and they offer great assistance and expertise to keep it in excellent working order! Whether starting up the system or shutting it down to winterize it and protect from the freezing temps we get, they're awesome!
Five Stars! They're excellent - highly recommend!! *****

Fast, effiecient response! DJ and Amanda were great and informative, along with the installation team.

I greatly appreciate William's efforts. He also found a slow leak in one of the devices on our garage roof that we did not know about and replaced that.

The technicians you sent out were great! Especially, Joe! The were friendly, pleasant and efficient. Thanks for taking care of me so well!

The Suntrek team was very skilled and professional, beginning with Tabbi in sales . She explained the technology and the differences in the systems they employ, walking me through the design process with her lead installer, Joe.
Together, they chose the best route to install the plumbing from my pool house to the rooftop, even utilizing my deck arbor. It was a clever solution to reach the required number of panels to heat my large and deep pool. Joe and his team skillfully and neatly completed the job on time. I could not be more happy with the entire process!
