Overall I love supercard, I use them a lot. They have lots of retailers I frequently shop with. Would love to see some others such as Amazon, Costco, Charles Tyrwhitt and Superdry

Great way to save money, top discounts on great choice of vouchers

Still waiting for a £299 refund for my 90yr old mother who was sold this card. I rang to cancel it 2 days after I realised she had done this. This is still ongoing since 13th September & still no signs of the refund (four phone calls). If you have a 90yr old parent advise them to put the phone down on these people. Nothing but a con.

This company has taken £301 from my elderly uncle's account without his permission. He and I asked for the money to be returned 3 weeks ago and despite a promise to return it in 5 working days, still no sign of it. Spoke to them yesterday, promised a call back to let me know what was happening, no call back. Poor service. Have no idea whether he will get his money back.

I have already made great savings using supercard as it is giving discount coupons for household brands. Delivery of gift cards were almost instantaneous and I am looking forward to use it for more purchases for more savings. Highly recommend it.

Cannot log in. Cannot get password reset. Receive emails from them but not a password reset email. Unusable currently.

Explained the log in difficulties 30 October 2024. All to do with source of supplier to their service. A bit batty but understand how they work now.

Easy way to save money with a wide range of retailers and quite quick to receive the gift card.

I've used Supercard for a number of years and found the service to be quick, reliable and easy to use.
The offers are available for a mix of everyday retailers and provides the actual discounts upfront, unlike cashback where you might get some money back in future.
The gift cards can be sent as a gift and are easily stored electronically (eg on a mobile) for convenience.

I have been a happy Supercard member for several years now and frequently use it for discounts available across a wide range of brands, shops, websites, restaurants and more. The main supermarkets are included too meaning I save money on my weekly shop by purchasing discounted gift cards. Worth keeping an eye out for new rewards that appear too.

The Customer Service team are also worth a mention for being responsive and helpful. When I accidentally deleted one of my gift cards, they fixed it within hours without any fuss.

Harry was great at resolving an issue of my own making. Signed up with an incorrect email address, so didn’t receive the activation email.

Within 10 minutes it was all resolved and I was online enjoying discounts.
