Had to come back to the shop twice
Had to come back to the shop twice:
1.Security pin was not removed from underwear. Had come back to the shop to remove it
2.Receipt was not correct. I was charged 40£ extra. Had come back to the shop and fix that

Need to put Wi-Fi on the store so that if someone wants to do video call or need to send picture of the clothing, that don’t need to go outside of the store thanks

Nice clothes
Packaging was good clothes are good quality, the only thing I marked you down for was Couier .as I’m on crutches he would t bring it up to me .left it in the mail room so I had to struggle getting down and up the stairs as the lift was out of order.

Lots of choice
Lots of choice, website easy to navigate, buying process clear and easy. Opted for click and collect. Delivery was quick, team instore were friendly and well organised. Trousers are perfect! Exactly as described, good fit, really good quality. Happy customer!

Luke was super helpful!
I rang up and got through to Luke. He was kind and very helpful in confirming which items were in stock in their Cabot Circus store after giving him several item numbers. Then I went over to the store after closing from work, introduced myself, he remembered me and showed me the item I was looking for. I bought a nice tshirt to wear to my nephew's birthday that weekend.

My son and I spent a pleasant 1/2hour or more browsing the store he tried on various pairs of trousers and ordered a pair to be delivered in his size,I meanwhile found a fab coat which I bought,staff friendly,helpful and looked like they enjoyed being there
