Superdry - Kingston upon Thames Avis 

Always seems to be someone on hand to help which is often not the case, for instance Next is very understaffed and non service orientated.

Good attentive staff including the security guard to show me to the right area within the store.

I purchased a jumper from the Superdry store in Kingston upon Thames on 24th June 2025
for my daughter to wear on her school trip to Alton Towers, which was on the 26th. The jumper was too small, so I went back the next day to exchange it for a larger size. While the exchange was completed, the staff member who served us failed to remove the security alarm tag from the new jumper.
Unfortunately, I didn't notice the tag until we got home later that evening. Because of this careless mistake, my daughter wasn't able to wear the jumper she loved so much on her trip. This caused her a lot of disappointment, and it completely ruined the purpose of buying the item in the first place.
For a brand like Superdry, I expected much better service. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Please train your staff properly to ensure this doesn't happen to others.

I wanted to exchange the items I bought for a bigger size and the staff were very helpful in getting this sorted out.

Really friendly staff, the lady at the till was so friendly and she even had a little chat with me. I’m not sure what her name was but I went in on the 27/05/25 around lunch time - she is a great member of the team!

My daughter & I visited your Kingston branch & were very happy with the service we received. The store manager Yiggy was exceptional! He was so helpful, professional & kind. He truly enhanced our shopping experience.. The man deserves a raise!

I was looking for a long puffer coat for a while until I found this one. I love the design, it's warm, I can layer up and still fits perfectly. I like the inside pocket too. I would recommend sizing down, as it a bit loose. Although I ended up buying from another branch, due to lack of sizes, big thanks to the shop floor assistants at Oxford street who were very helpful and provided excellent service

My son received a t shirt as a gift it was wrong size, I did not have a receipt. Staff being very helpful changed the size without any hassle. So pleased with them and the services

There was a slight defect in one of the jumpers I bought (small snag) in Kingston upon Thames store, and it was exchanged for a replacement without any fuss. All staff as helpful as they always are. Great products and fantastic customer service.
