Excellent customer service at the Superdry Kingston store
I came into the Kingston store to exchange 2 jackets that were Christmas presents. I had the most helpful and patient customer service assistant look after me. I was unable to find the next size up for my son's jacket so Bella scoured the entire store looking for the XL size to no avail and then proceeded to refund me and ordered the right size to be delivered to my home. She was amazing and couldn't have given me a better customer service experience. Superdry is very lucky to have her and I will definitely have no hesitation in buying any Superdry products especially if they are for gifts. Thanks again Bella!

Good choice of clothes, good customer service.
The shop in Kingston is was rammed with clothes racks which made trying clothes on and moving around harder than I’d expect.
