There was confusion re how long delivery would take. So I had to buy another in store. Process was not made clear by staff in shop, item was returned by staff then I was notified... confusing. Brill products though

Friendly staff at the Liverpool store, they let me try on the jacket before I left the shop to make sure it fit. Nice quality coat, true to size. Happy to get it in the sale

I went into the Liverpool store and asked if they had a certain size. Went to look. I had a Quick Look online and they didn’t do it in size. Girl came back. Told girl they were half price (sale) online. Was told I’d have to buy it online and I could get free delivery to the store (I live 2 hours away). I said I’d order it online as they can’t match it.

Couple of hours later went back to double check the colour of the coat (so I could order online) and the coats were being reduced! Told the lad doing the reducing about what happened before and he said they could’ve honoured it as it’s live online! That lad was really helpful and knowledgeable about his job. The other staff not so much and lost £170 sale

The lady that helped me was so helpful. I couldn't find a sweater in the store and she was bipping through out the store to find it with the pistol machine.
Then she had to take it off the mannequin, and not once she made me feel bad about it. Amazing customer service.

The young lady who saved me had zero interest in me as a person. On a Saturday 2weeks before Xmas there seemed to be no assistants on the shop floor. Maybe they just blended in well with the rest of us. Good product though.

Best choice of quality hoodies on the high street. (Liverpool 1) I’m old fashioned, like to try item & feel touch materiel rather than read description. Excellent shopping experience, no sales pressure but staff approachable & helpful when requested assistance. Plenty of mirrors on shop floor to pop hoodies on rather than use changing room. Love sustainability ethos ⭐️
