Staff were friendly and helpful and my dog was allowed in the shop. I bought a coat and staff were able to answer my questions about it. I did not receive the promised email receipt though.

Lovely staff.
I ordered on line to pick up at store in Liverpool one. and had no problems doing this, the staff are lovely too the only downside in my opinion is the music it’s awful I don’t know how the staff can listen to that all day as I couldn’t wait to get out.

I ordered online as the shop in Liverpool did
not have the item in stock. They tried to order online for me but, could not get their system working. I then went outside the shop and ordered them online on my phone. Delivery timescale very good, but not good that shop could not order them for me.
