Superdry - Southhampton Avis 

Mainly the staff in the shop in Southampton, Westquay. The goods I purchased are for my children as they love the brand. I also know that due to the high quality of the products previously bought last really well.

I bought the touchline jacket. Perfect for cold, winter days watching our kids play sport.

Amazing materials. No matter how much you sweat it never makes smell.

Item didn't suit but speedy delivery of parcel and very good customer service on returning item to store.

We went to the Superdry store but could not find the socks I was after, the young girl on the till ask if she could help. She found the ones I was after and she ordered them for me to be delivered to my house. In three days they were delivered. Great socks and Excellent service. Thank you.

We visited your Southamptom store to return an item bought as a Christmas gift for our grand daughter which didn't fit. On our original visit we were helped by a lovely, polite young man named Corbin who went over and beyond our expectations in helping us to order the item on line, what a refreshing change, making our visit a pleasure. On our visit today where we returned the item and bought 2 other items we were treated with the exact same help with 2 employees being charming, helpful, professional and treating us politely and respectfully bearing in mind we are 73 and 80 years of age respectively and are often treated with grunts and off-handedness as we have interrupted a serious conversation about who did what to whom the night before and are just a nuisance, so well done on your recruitment techniques and resultant excellent staff members, Regards, Simone and Bryn Davies.
