Water repellent is not waterproof
The salesperson (London Stansted) said that the jacket is waterproof. After that I bought it. But at home I checket this fact and tha jacket is just water repellent. It is a big difference! I hesitated whether to return the product, but in the end, although annoyed, I kept it.

I purchased two very nice fleeces at the airport.
Unfortunately they were so nice that someone else took them after we landed. I forgot the parcel onboard in the overhead lockers and when I returned to retrive them they were gone :-(

I bought a shirt this weekend from your…
I bought a shirt this weekend from your Stansted airport shop. The price tag was £38 and it said everywhere in the shop 15% reduction to be added.
When i went to pay, I had to pay £38 and the lady said it was already added on the price tag. so complained it was misleading etc...
Then the lady mentioned I wasn't the first customer to complain about this!!!

The best linen trousers nowadays
I have bought these trousers in the store. They matched perfectly. These trousers are exactly what I require from the proper linen style. I would give 5 stars for sure because the service was good. Delivery has been rescheduled and tracking was radliny accessible and accurate but there is only one but. The trousers bought via internet shop are longer so I have to get them cut. Another 20 pounds per pair so really expensive.
