Amazing quality of product and calming shopping experience

I was looking for a new hooded top, there was lots of choices and larger size availability. My one complaint is how dark the fitting rooms are, it's hard to see the colours properly.

ordered on thurs arrived in store fri ,tried on for size,kept one returnes other for refund which was very quick,young lady in store very polite and helpful

Workers and cashier were kind, clothing is pretty and the store is well organized.

Staff very helpful and friendly and service was quick. The store had a great range of clothes and would happily shop here again.

The coat colour I wanted wasn’t in stock but was delivered 2days later by courier so it was a very quick service,thank you.
The assistant was very helpful.

Bought a jacket from superdry this is the second time it's happened I bought the silk bomber jacket for my partner only Tuesday just gone its threading already I've noticed with superdry they charge big amounts but probably pay next to nothing to them poor people who have to stitch and make the clothing because the jacket is poor I mean it feels great but there is some lines in the jacket where the thread has come away not happy at all but my partner doesn't want to take it back it's just principal and I think we should be compensated a little I paid 90 pound at least a courtesy gift card or something

The jacket I bought is really good. Looks very good and keeps me really warm. Customer service is really good as well. I bought 2 medium jackets that unfortunately didn't fit well because apparently I am of small size so I returned them and returning them was a breeze. The process was very easy and the refund came in quick. Thank you Superdry!

There wasn't my size in store of the colour I wanted. The assistant ordered this for me to be sent to my house. This was on Boxing day and I received the coat on Friday.

Colleague who helped me on the chat was very helpful although I found it strange that you don’t get a copy of your ‘chat’ as evidence you’ve spoken to someone

I returned a coat that I ordered online for a smaller size . They hadn’t got the coat in stock so they ordered one for me to be delivered to my home address & the coat was then in the sale so I got a refund too , brilliant service .
