The webshop is easy to navigate & use & the Returns process is fair & made easy.
Sizing is not consistent across different products like sweat tops, jumpers & T-shirts...... a Med in a jumper does not equate to a Med in a sweat top. which means Returns & Re-Ordering.
My inittial order had a 10% discount applied, but this discount did not apply when I had to re-order the sizes I had to change to..... so I didn't bother with the order.

Wrong Size + USA branding
Superdry sent the wrong size (not what I ordered). The return using barcode is good with no printing required. However, I'm left having to wait for the return and refund to fully process and then have to re-order which is a slow process where I'm left without the money or the product. If I buy it again I will be down double while I wait...for potentially the same issue to happen again.
Another comment is that the market for USA plastered across clothing is probably not what you think...perception of the USA across Ireland and across Europe is not that good lately. I would like to see more subtle/neutral clothing. Premium basics but with a bit more design flair, smarter look, and high quality. I was never a fan of the loud Japanese branding either and this USA stuff isn't good either. Swap out the USA for small superdry logos, minimal branding, or some local artwork.

The young woman that served me was gracious, I hadn't got my glasses with me. She helped me with my registration, and other matters that I was having difficulties with. At no stage was I made to feel rushed or a nuisance. She was knowledgeable and very helpful, along with your good products. Her professionalism made her stand out, great to see staff with a great manner and customer service skills in one so young.
