SupermarketItaly.com Avis

Love all the products ordered and have re-ordered. Everything is so much more authentic Italian
And More Flavorful than items in the usual Stores! Pasta, sauces,
cheeses,breadsticks,cookies, crackers,chocolate and More!!

I absolutely love all the products I have ordered especially the coffees, sauces and pastas. I am trying to place another order this evening, but having problems downloading the app. Not sure what the issue is, but will contact customer service if I can’t log on with the downloaded app. Otherwise, I love all the products and looking forward to my next purchase (cheese with olives) one of many items I have ordered…

I’ve been a regular for a few years now, and am happy with the prices, careful packing and fast shipping. I’m mostly here for the olives, but am always happy to discover a new tea, spices or some other surprise - it’s always been good.
A few olive loving friends have also become fans.
Only one time a single jar in an order arrived broken, and was immediately refunded.

I have ordered several times from supermarketitaly.com and I am never disappointed. I appreciate the variety and decent pricing. Each items is always well packed in every order I have received. I look forward to ordering again soon.

The food items they carry are great. They have an extensive asortment of various foods imported from Italy. These foods are all natural and pure with no additives. The products they carry remind of when I lived in Puglia Italia I was in heaven three withthe food and I am in heaven again with Supermarket Italy. Fantastic!!

Supermarket Italy is great! I find my favorite European products there that aren't available locally, and the pricing is good. Shipments are sent quickly, and the packing is always excellent... even with items in glass jars.

I highly recommend Supermarket Italy.

I ordered a couple of pastas, flour and some non alcoholic aperitifs, also two Mother's Day gift baskets. The gifts arrived before Mother's Day to excellent reviews and the pasta that we tried was excellent. I can't wait for my wife to use the flour in her creations. The aperitifs I enjoy a lot. I will be placing more orders in the future.

I found that SupermarketItaly carried the same Olive Oil I was ordering from the big smile company. I did come out a few bucks cheaper by ordering from SupermarketItaly and they packaged my oil in bubble wrap in a box, then double boxed. My tin of oil didn't have a dent or ding, plus I got a few freebies to try out. I was impressed enough to order again for more oil and some other items. The smile company put my oil in a big box with some paper and maybe a few bubble pouches. Customer service do makes a difference and a dollar or two savings makes it sweeter.

I PAID. Then back and forth emails.. something about not having product, I said ok with that.. but..

They cancelled order, NEVER REFUNDED.. STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY BACK. IT IS OVER 2 WEEKS.

STILL after numerous emails, I am out the over one hundred dollars. I had to call bank.
THIS is horrible. NEVER EVER EVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN.

I got my first purchase in the mail and I’m happy with everything ! I got some yummy free gifts too. The packaging was carefully arranged and covered in a lot of bubble wrap.

I have ordered repeatedly from this market and never disappointed. I appreciated the effort to thoroughly describe their products. The great variety of items that are available to shop right to your doorstep is such a convenience! Items are thoughtfully packed and never had any jars broken or items damaged during shipping. What I’ve ordered has always been as expected!

Fantastic inventory. Best coffee selection . Shipping costs are frequently free with minimum sales purchase price .

It is so nice to find quality foods through this online company since the U.S. grocery stores carry foods made with chemicals, glyphosates and cheap, tasteless ingredients. It's unfortunate that I have to give so much of my food purchases to a foreign country but I refuse to eat garbage. Thank goodness Italy requires food sellers to comply with high standards (I wouldn't have known this if I didn't visit Italy last year). Thank goodness RFK Jr. is going to clean up our food and pharma.
Also, ShopItaly packages foods far better than most online companies. No damage; no need to return anything.

I am using Supermarket italy.com more frequently because they're shipping is very quick, everything is packed very well, and their prices are very competitive for items that I cannot get in my area.

I LOVE SupermarketItaly! I order gifts for my sister from this site every year. In March, I finally placed an order for me and my family. I understand why my sis raves about her gifts! Plus, they sent a gift with purchase with my personal order and it made it even more wonderful. Always so happy with this company! High quality international products at reasonable prices and GREAT customer service. I will be back :)

Great quality pasta and a wonderful selection of quality italian items

Great customer service! Definitely recommend!
I accidentally put the wrong address on my order and then I contacted them to maybe change it. They responded very fast and were very helpful!

I wanted to thank you for a gift I received today with my Lavazza coffee. Best price and best coffee in USA is from your business. I thank you for fast delivery too

This was my first time purchasing from SupermarketItaly and was really immpressed with the care that they take in how there products are shipped. I like what I have ordered and will buy again from them.
