Private Black Car was clean, on time and driver was personable! Driving skills were excellent!

They sent us a small SUV instead of a minivan, so we had to take Uber additionally in order to reach the airport ontime. Very unprofessional. Be careful.

Nestor came inside and actually met us at the baggage carousel at DFW. Helped with the bags and got us home safe and quickly. One of the friendliest, most professional drivers we have ever had. Wife and I enjoyed the ride!!

A car was extremely easy to book, the meeting instructions were clear and simple, and our driver was waiting when we stepped off the shuttle. All as expected at a reasonable price.

Overall my experience was good! The car that picked my family and myself up was a bit “small” considering I put there were 3 people with 3 luggage and carry on. The driver was nice and got us to the airport on time. The driver who picked us up from the airport was kind enough to wait for us, as our flight was delayed and his car was large enough for us, he drove fast to get us home quickly!

We got into Seattle at midnight, It was a relief to know super shuttle was picking us up. I have used there services before and they are always prompt and dependable.

Our flight was 6 hours late and our ride was still waiting for us at the airport.

My driver, Mark, was an awesome driver, very professional and polite. He was appropriately engaging and offered the utmost assistance with my luggage and assisted my blind colleague as well. He was actually early for his arrivals. I was blessed to have him on my trip from the airport to the hotel and then again when I left the hotel and traveled back to the airport.

Flight was a little late, got in at midnight. Bags were late coming up in baggage claim. Nestor texted and was waiting and picked us up right away. Got us home safe and sound and with a pleasant demeanor. Could not ask for more.
