The company was great about confirming plans through text, email and phone calls. This gave me peace of mind that I didn’t have to worry about a no show. The driver called the morning of pickup to let me know he was on his way and to give me his ETA. The driver was friendly and courteous. Pricing was much better than most shuttle services I did price comparisons with. I was very happy and will use this company again, if needed.

The driver communicated well re the pick up location in order to make the process efficient without us waiting for him too long. As soon as I informed him where we were he picked us up within 5 minutes or so. A conversation during our ride was fun and extremely enjoyable☺️👏🏼

Super shuttle has been a go-to option for me for many years. Tonight I had the best service I’ve ever had! They clearly communicated about arrival and meeting place. And even let me know the carousel I’d need to go to at baggage claim so I didn’t have to look it up when I arrived. From start to finish, the service has always been great but tonight it was truly exceptional!

He was a very safe driver. He was able to meet me sooner at the airport than expected. He took my heavy bag all the way up the stairs to the very front of the door. He waited for me to get inside my house. He was overall a very considerate and safe person to be on the road with. Kudos to SuperShuttle and our driver, Glen, for navigating a challenging situation this morning for our trip to the airport. The Pittsburgh Marathon route went right past our hotel and cut off traffic access. SuperShuttle put us in touch with Glen the night before and in the morning, we worked out an alternate pickup point outside the marathon zone. We got to the airport in plenty of time. Thank you!
