Outstanding service from the aftersales team. Courtesy car provided if required. Car always maintained to a high standard. The team go the extra mile to accommodate individual needs. I have just renewed my service plan after 3 years for another 3 years. Thank you.

Another excellent visit for an MOT and Service to Luscombe Suzuki. Friendly staff who were informative, helpful and kept me fully informed throughout the process, despite all the Covid restrictions a very efficient and welcoming team.

Excellent service.
I had my Suzuki Celerio serviced and Mot’d with Suzuki this week. From booking the car in to getting the job complete was seamless. At the last minute I was unable to deliver the car myself. Suzuki managed to arrange collection at short notice and as ever customer service was top class. Thanks so much, you are all such a credit to the company.

My daughters 3rd purchase from Luscombe her first MG. Great service from start to finish firstly with Sam via email then face to face with Fazz. Nothing was too much trouble and no pushy sales just straight forward purchase. Usual great service.

Exceptional Service From Faaz!
My daughter’s car was written off outside her place of work. As a frontline worker we needed a replacement fast. As usual we were worried about choosing the right car and a reputable dealer. We made the right choice in choosing to deal with Faaz at Luscombe. From our initial contact Faaz was exceptional and put us at ease. He answered all our questions and even went in person to check the car had the Android connection my daughter wanted - he even made a video and sent it to us! He ensured the car was ready and delivered to our home in Harrogate within the week. Cannot recommend Luscombe and Faaz enough. Thank you for excellent service in this difficult time.

Handover prompt, efficient, Covid protected. Courtesy car disinfected before use.(up to date model in good condition). Service carried out promptly & video of service received quickly. Advised when service was completed and my car was cleaned and ready for collection. Impressed with efficient service experience.

Great dealership
This year, because of shielding due to the pandemic, Luscombe’s arranged for my car to be collected for its annual service. The staff are always so friendly and professional. I have been with them for a number of years and I have always been more than happy with the service I received. Just missed seeing everyone. Thank you once again and hope next year I can get down and say “Hi” in person.

Our car had its annual service and MOT. Collected from home (you need to book well in advance for this) and returned with great customer service. Recommended.
