Hmmm...not sure what to say. I have ordered several times and everything went smoothly. Was processed and dispatched really quickly. This time round, it's been 14 days and nothing. I have written to them but they are not responding. I hope that this is a glitch because I was very happy with them.
I placed the order and didn’t received it. I’ve tried to contact the seller by email a few times and didn’t receive any response.
Order it from sweet corea didnt receive any package I had to contact them but nothing no number didnt receive any feedback in email not trying sound like a karen but don’t order from here.There was message saying Package Tracker its coming but it was pure lies.
I’ve ordered from sweetcorea on 2 occasions now and both times my order has been dispatched and arrived to me super fast (my recent order was placed on the 3rd and reached me in England on the 10th! Plus tracked shipping!). The prices are unbeatable even factoring in the pricy shipping you’ll still pay less than buying from English suppliers. I haven’t had to communicate with their customer services about anything so I can’t comment on that but everything has been 5* for me so far!
I love this company and its products. The delivery is fast compared to most and I would recommend ordering direct from their website rather than eBay. I had mistakenly over ordered recently and I was refunded within 15 mins of them receiving my email which was pretty impressive.
I've been ordering from this company for over 2 years. If you're looking for a specific Korean skincare product, chances are this website has it with a massively marked down price!
Their dispatch times are INSANELY fast, they post your order after 24 hours during the weekdays. Shipping is a little costly but worth it since it's still better priced than most k-beauty stores.
However there are two issues for me for this company:
1. Most make-up items are overpriced.
2. Customer service refuses to help if your order is lost or stolen (even if you have a tracking number). This is absolutely unacceptable considering their competitors e.g. RoseRoseShop are extremely helpful during these situations.
