Swimming Nature Avis 

I can't stress highly enough how much you should avoid this company! Cancelled our lesson two minutes before the start due to GLASS being found in the swimming pool. When we expressed our understandable concerns going forward and requested a refund as we were not happy to take the risk with our 6 year old son, we received a patronising, hugely insulting email and denied any kind of refund. I work in education so understand safeguarding very well and the standards and customer service are appalling.

My child has been with swimming nature for a number of years. Great swimming instructors and at present with Nadia who is a great fun kind instructor and has helped my child tremendously to progress.

I had a very disappointing experience with Swimming Nature. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, making the entire process frustrating from the start. They were also incredibly inflexible when it came to scheduling, showing no willingness to accommodate even reasonable requests.

As for the training, I found it to be subpar. The instructors lacked patience and didn’t provide the level of guidance I expected. Overall, I would not recommend Swimming Nature to anyone looking for a professional and supportive learning environment.

7 out of 16 lessons cancelled last term at Muswell Hill Creighton Avenue pool. No responses to requests for refunds. Teaching quality has also deteriorated in the last couple of years - including my child being injured (fortunately not seriously) due to failure to follow procedures. Would no longer recommend. Avoid.

Loved Swimming Nature and Thomas and the teachers are great but the Account system is shocking. Lack of response and they seem to pick a random amount to debit each month and then you cant get a refund for for them to rectify it. Awful Accounts Customer Service which lets the whole thing down.

The swimming instructor is good. But the customer service is very poor. I've been trying for 3 days to contact them via the chat app (they don;t have a phone number you can ring). I started talking to a representative and as soon as I said I wanted to cancel the subscription and claim a refund for credits for cancelled lessons the chat went quiet and they would no longer respond. I'd avoid this company and go somewhere else, they are very unprofessional.

Appalling customer service. Unqualified junior staff who refuse to handle complaints properly. We have had a quarter of this term's lessons cancelled because the Muswell Hill venue is not fit for purpose and all requests for refunds denied. At £38 per lesson it's a disgrace. As per previous review AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Despite the swim teachers being great, they constantly cancel the classes due to maintenance or staff issues, and refuse to refund you. They hold the balance on your account for future bookings, apparently as per their T&Cs. They are entirely inflexible, but are willing to cancel classes, sometimes minutes before you're about to start. They will take your money quickly and not return it. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Nadia is the best and amazing instructor at Porchester and my daughter has made so much progress with Nadia. She always enjoys her lessons and she loves Nadia a lot. I am glad she doing well I highly recommend for anyone that is looking for instructor like Nadia! swimming Nature is the best company to do the lessons.

Nadia has been as amazing teacher! My child had been developing a lot of new swimming skills and she’s even more confident in the pool! It’s so exciting to see all the effort that she puts in each class and the result of it every week in my child progress.

Brandon is an amazing swimming instructor. We have been using swimming nature for years however since Freddie was partnered with Brandon this has made a huge difference. His technique is improving weekly and Brandon’s teaching method makes the classes so enjoyable.

Leo has been swimming with Brandon for nearly two years now. He started as a late-starting non-swimmer and is now so confident and capable at a variety of strokes - and continues to make noticeable progress. Brandon is great with him and always introduces and element of fun while ensuring he continues to progress.

Great teachers, fun lessons! Brandon has been my daughter's teacher for a couple of years now. She started with zero experience and her progression has been amazing and fast! I cannot believe how well she swims now! Brandon is patient, gentle, fun and amazing with kids! I would definitely recommend the classes and Brandon 😊

My daughter has been swimming with Aida for over a year now. She has gone from being nervous putting her head under the water, to swimming on her own confidently. She enjoys trying to perfect her technique now and Aida has been so encouraging. She looks forward to her lesson every week, and it is great to see her smiling and laughing.

Great lessons. My son loves it. Brandon has amazing teaching skills and can adapt the classes according to each student. Very happy with it.

Really happy with these lessons. Brandon's a top not coach and my son is really enjoying each session. Would recommend.

Brandon is an excellent swimming teacher to my daughter Violet. She started being nervous of the water and now confidently enjoys her lessons.

We really like Swimming Nature overall and both our daughters are very fond of their swimming lessons. We have met quite a few teachers from Swimming Nature and Brandon has been the best swimming teacher in our view.

Brandon (Highbury) is an excellent teacher. He has been teaching my daughter over many years and not only has she made fast progress she is also always happy to go.

Brandon has been an amazing swimming teacher with both my kids now able to swim beautifully. My daughter has now started competing in and winning medals at regional swimming events.
