Vegtrug arrived with broken pieces

Vegtrug arrived with broken pieces. Very poor quality product. Such a hassle to box it all back up and make secure to return it. Still waiting for a refund

There advertising is misleading which…

There advertising is misleading which resulted in me having to return an item. They arranged the return but this was at a premium cost (£25) I had to chase up my refund after 10 days

Price very good delivery very poor…

Price very good delivery very poor supposed to have been a two pack delivery had the one package delivered on wednesday 8th April with the polycarbanate sheets in ,and the other package with the greenhouse in six days later on monday 13 April not impressed with the delivery company at all

Poor quality

Definitely unable to fit 2 bikes in as it says in the advertisement. Tension poles done work, the lock and doors don’t line up, it’s very poor quality. Not happy with it at all.

Failed to deliver product, refunded 16 days after purchase

I purchased a netball hope and stand off Yimbly, althoughed dispatched it remained at a distribution facility for around 2 weeks missing date to wbich I had expected it in anti ipation for my sons birthday.
Eventually i was refunded after a couple of call to customer services, who were polite and acknowledge the principle of needing a refund for goods that have not arrived. This whole process had taken 16 days.
Personally keep with merchants you know and trust, i guess im keeping with the proven AtoZ online store
