Probably not even a real shop, but a big scam. Tried to order three(!) times and received nothing but order confirmations. Customer support is slow and poor. The only thing they do is advising to place another order.

Kontakt med Swims butikken i Oslo har ikke hatt god kundeservice, og dette har jeg opplevd flere ganger.
Først opplevde jeg en lite hyggelig velkomst da jeg kom inn i butikken. Men det mest irriterende var at jeg ikke fikk godkjent reparasjon/ny vare av damen som stod i butikken. Hun var bestemt på at sko kun har 1 årsgaranti og ønsket ikke å høre på meg.
Jeg tok derfor kontakt med de på mail. Fikk bekreftet at jeg hadde krav på reparasjon/ny vare siden det ikke hadde gått mer enn 2 år, og at 1 årsgaranti var feilinformasjon.
Møtte samme dame i butikken når jeg skulle hente ut ny vare - igjen svært lite hyggelig, innrømmet ikke feil og fikk ingen beklagelse.
Utrolig kjedelig å dra til butikken 2 ganger fordi hun som jobbet der ikke var oppdatert på regelverket om reklamasjon.
Siste gangen jeg kontaktet Swims butikken i Oslo var de svært lite hyggelige på mail. Har klagd på skoen 3 ganger, så ønsket derfor å heve kjøpet. Men siden jeg manglet kvittering nektet de å heve kjøpet. Til tross for at det ikke er noe lovkrav og at Forbrukerrådet også bekreftet at man ikke må ha kvittering valgte Swims butikken i Oslo å stå på sitt og ha sin egen regel å følge.
Anbefaler generelt ikke å handle Swims-produkter grunnet dårlig kvalitet - anbefaler å ikke handle produkter i Swims butikken i Oslo.

Impossible to return items.
If you're trying to return an item, no local DHL drop off point will accept it as it's 'international delivery' back to the Netherlands.
Swims customer service replied to my query after 5 days (!!) and sent me a link to DHL collect from home but you have to pay for it. DISGUSTED.
Poor quality winter shoes that fell apart after a week… I thought maybe my pair was defected and decided to write an email asking for new pair and give them second chance. Didn’t got ANY reply until I wrote bad review on their facebook page. They finally accepted my complaint but instead of shoes they’ve sent men’s pants… After another few emails and few weeks I finally got new pair of shoes but guess what? Those super weather-resistant winter boots feel apart after few regular walks again. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I purchased rubber overshoes made by Swims and they split on a seam - to me this seems like an obvious manufacturing defect. I bought thought a retailer in NYC and could not get back there. Swims denied any responsibility for the defect and offered a 10% discount on Black Friday. Pathetic.
According to Swims home page, they promise FAST DELIVERY 2-4 days. This is a lie. Once I paid I got a message that the product would be delivered in 10 days. I contacted the customer support, and it took 3 days to get a reply from them that was of no help, saying that we have no idea why your package is not moving. They use DHL which was also impossible to get in contac with.
Ordered my products one month ago and I have not received any information. Customer service does not seem to exist.
HORRIBLE COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEVES. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD ISSUE A REFUND IF I SENT THE ITEMS BACK AND THEY THEN KEPT THE MONEY AND THE ITEMS.

Is there a zero star rating ? I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter for Xmas on Dec 17th, 2022 at full price $325 and paid $69.46 EXTRA FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. Yes, an insane charge for 3 day shipping, but I wanted to get these in time for my daughter. I am now on day 18 (Jan 4, 2023) with STILL no delivery and SWIMS won’t return any messages (I have sent 4 follow up emails) regarding the delay and now asking for reimbursement of the shipping excessive shipping charge (and wondering if these shoes will ever arrive).
Also, their 800 number says it’s not programmed to receive calls lol ! Not a way to run a business. Terrible.
Shocking returns, hounded by DHL for shipping invoices after already paying a return shipping fee when processing the return on Swims website. Now DHL have returned the return back to me and are washing their hands of any responsibility and directing me to Swims to resolve.
Elendig service, sendte en jakke retur, har stadig ikke modtaget beløbet der skal refunderes 3 uger efter på trods af mails er sendt afsted… Ærgeligt med så lækre produkter at man ikke kan finde ud af at styre sin forretning..

Very poor quality shoes and terrible customer service
Bought a pair direct.
Wore them for a couple of hours each day around the pool on a one week holiday and noticed the sole and sides had materially worn away through usage.
Customer services didnt seem surprised and offered a new pair. Nothing ever received as they soon after stopped responding
I purchased a pair of Swims directly from their website. I unboxed them in, tried them on and put them in my suitcase as we were about to go in a beach vacation. When we returned from the trip, I noticed a white decorative stripe across the shoes looked off color, slightly orange.
They immediately became defensive when I sent them a picture of the shoe to customer service. The agent began to ask me questions about whether I had proof of purchase, and if I washed the shoe according to the directions.
Anyway, with no further discussion, they sent me a $25 gift card for a future purchase. No thanks. I will not be spending any more money on swims shoes.
2 year old Tennis shoes split in two. Both left and right. Customer service says it’s retail outlets problem not theirs. Also say they don’t have any parts? What a crappy company.
