Swinley Bike Hub Avis

Booking the bike hire was quick and straightforward. I called with a few questions, and the gentleman I spoke to was incredibly polite, kind, and helpful. He helped me choose the right size bike and recommended the most suitable route for my experience level. Excellent customer service from start to finish—I would definitely hire from here again.

Quick out and return. Bike was very well maintained and clean.

My son went on the biking holiday club day this week. Great routes through Swinley forest with really nice people, who are very helpful and happily share their bike knowledge/experience. The price is competitive compared to other all day holiday clubs too and if they take a fall I'm totally confident the instructors will take good care of him until I get there.

My two boys had never visited Swinley trails or The Summit before and the Holiday day camp coaches were super friendly, and the boys had an amazing time. They learnt loads and made lots of new friends too. Huge thanks to the team - we'll be back soon!

My son came home absolutely buzzing from the Kids Day Camp. As a new budding mountain biker, it's great that such a professional team is available to answer his questions and make recommendations, and generally enhance his enjoyment of learning how to ride. Many thanks!

Amazing day, my son hugely enjoyed it and already asked to be signed up during summer holiday. Coaches are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great coach. Very helpful and friendly. Looked after my friend who had a minor fall and scrape.

Had a 2 hour coaching session with Aidan, helping me (39) and my son (15) build confidence with jumping. Really informative, great facilities and we left with much better understanding and overall confidence to keep progressing.

Easy to book two bikes. Seamless collection of bikes and return. Friendly staff that explained cycle tracks/routes.

Excellent lesson with Aidan. He was patient, knowledgeable and coached my son in a way that made it easy for him to understand and gain confidence.

What a fantastic day improving our jumping and drop-off skills with Simon.

His coaching, knowledge and encouragement were superb and by the end of the session we were confidently hitting gap jumps and black-grade drop-offs we wouldn’t have attempted before.

A brilliant day and we’ll definitely be booking another session soon. Highly recommended.

Bike was in excellent condition, staff super friendly and happy to help me switch pedals, and the trails as always are in good shape

Incredibly efficient team, very friendly and the bike was well maintained and in great condition

Awesome experience! Bikes were in excellent condition and all ready when we arrived. Staff were friendly and helpful and the riding was brilliant! Would highly recommend it!

Great service when I lost wheel spacer. Would have terminated the day but these guys sorted me out loan wheel & pedals. (boy didn’t fancy my clips!) big. Thanks.

I hired an electric MTB for my Son!… we were some 14 mins into a non stop run when his rear gear mech decided that enough was enough and folded itself up into itself and snapped off!… I towed him back to the bike hub where the lads immediately swapped it out for a new mech and we were in our way within 15mins!… excellent service and unfortunate circumstances!… A+

Barb did well with a group of mixed confidence and ability. She had an excellent knowledge of the forest trails and was able to tailor the route to the group.
We were given tips and tricks and encouraged to try these out safely.
It was helpful to have a gazebo and table with the party package.

Easy to book, friendly staff when we got there, excellent bike to hire.

We rented a bike for my son, the staff were friendly and happy to get the bike set up straight away. The bike itself was great - very high end and well tuned, and the trails at Swinley were a lot of fun (if a little rocky). Only problem is my son really wants a bike like that now!!
