Called up to set up my broadband spoke to luke, he was awesome very responsive very helpful have no complaints whatsoever, model customer service 10/10 I usually never leave reviews lol so that says a lot in itself awesome dude keep up the good work, or maybe give him a raise lool happy holidays

Had a rather complicated change of
Wi-Fi provider,on behalf of my Older Brother(73)The adviser at "Switch Expert"{Luke}made several phone calls to both me & my Brother,in order to sort a new provider for my Bro.
We must have been on the phone for over 30mins & in the end,Luke had saved him £50+ per month!..An amazing

Absolutely dreadful. I actually had not phoned Switch experts but somehow was put through to them. They were not very helpful and I finally rang off.Another person called Alan then phoned me, equally unhelpful. They then started to stalk me , phoning every day. After the second call I stopped answering them but they went on and on sometimes starting at 9am and going on and on through the day. I can't think what they hoped to achieve by doing this as it just put me off trusting them or ever wanting to contact them again.i ended up thinking they must be scammers. And When I read the other reviews the impression is given that "wonderful Nickolas " practically ansers the calls single handed and is always polite and helpful, nobody else gets a mention. Who was Nickolas? .Did he get his friends to write the reviews.??

Just organised a new Broadband deal with Nicholas, who was very helpful,polite and answered any questions I had..
Pleasure talking to him and wish him all the best..

Decided to switch my broadband and to find out what was available in my area.
Nicholas was a great help in securing cheaper but faster broadband than my previous supplier.
It was a pleasure to deal with someone who actually listened to what I required and the whole process went smoothly and was enjoyable.

After speaking to several companies including my own spectacularly unhelpful broadband provider I spoke to Switch Experts.
Jade was the person I dealt with, absolutely perfect, lovely manner and extremely informative. I also felt quite reassured that she knew exactly what I wanted. No attempt to upsell. Guided through the whole process painlessly.
I'm fairly cynical and a bit wary but Jade took me through every step with patience and professionalism.

Today I decided to change my broadband and telephone package to a cheaper provider so got in touch with Switch Experts who I found on Google. Within minutes I received a phone call from Nicholas who found me a great deal and was very friendly and polite - so much so that I have recommended the company to my sister who is also looking to switch.

I spoke to Nicholas and he sorted out a fantastic deal,,saved me money and very good service,,,I advise to deal with him very good to deal with

I don't normally leave reviews but I feel compelled to on this occasion. I have just been talking to a very polite and well spoken gentleman from Switch experts by the name of Nick who guided me through what I thought would be a minefield situation (broadband) not only did he find me a cheeper deal than my existing one but he found me one with more than twice the download speed. I completed an application online and received a phone call in seconds which was great. However, the sales guy (didn't get his name) was quite pushy and tried to sway me towards going with Talk Talk after I had said I was with Virgin Media he said "even though we provide prices for Virgin Media they are very expensive", again great advice (I thought). Anyway he took my details including my Virgin Media account number and then the line went dead so I called virgin media to see if they would reduce my bill and hey presto! they gave me a deal for £3 more than my previous one (my contract was about to run out) and I thought for £3 a month more it wasn't worth the hassle of switching. Whilst on the phone to virgin I get an email from virgin saying they had received information that I was going to switch to Talk Talk!! bearing in mind I hadn't agreed to swap by the time the phone went dead. So I called Switch Experts back and explained what had happened and the guy I spoke to this time was so rude!! I'd not even finished talking and he said "well if you haven't give them you bank details nothing with happen thankyou for your time, goodbye" I said excuse me I hadn't even finished explaining what had happened and he was about to hang up. Steer well clear they are very pushy and rude as hell when you don't take up the offers they have and aren't interested in talking to you unless you 100% want to switch!

Just had a call with Luke who was quoting me for Origin Fiber broadband. Excellent telephone manner, good sales person who was ready to overcome some objections when I threw some technical questions and challenges his way.
I was not 100% on buying the service from OF, but he convinced me and changed my opinion on a few of the reservations that I had.
Please with his service and going the extra mile to find out the particular model of router that OF supply, so that I could check it's quality and reliability.
I would recommend Luke's quality as a sales person.. and if he lived further south, would probably offer him a job in my sales team based on this one call.

I found your company on Google yesterday. I left my details and a lovely gentleman named Nicholas gave me a call back.
Nicholas was very attentive and he used his time to explain everything to me so that I understood what I needed to know about the service I was going to receive, after finding me a great deal with a network provider that suited the best needs for my family household.
Nicholas was very professional, courteous and had a genuinely great attitude towards pleasing the customer and providing a wonderful service from start to finish.
A little late at leaving my review as my mobile data was playing up yesterday. But as the saying goes better late than never.

We had a person called Nicholas a very great person told us all the details we needed and helped us a lot to switch it virginity media it was a pleasure talking to him.He knew what he was talking about and overall a very great person (Nicholas).He completed the call very quick and did not waste our time i really appreciate that he used his time for us.

Had a call from virgin media call centre with someone called Sammy after going on the virgin site and come out with a deal with them saving me half my existing package with another provider with broadband at twice the speed and loads more channels A+ GREAT SERVICE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. Thank you
