Symply food is really good for my cockapoo. He has sensitive tummy and tried different foods before even the subscription ones like butternut box but nothing suits him apart from symply. He loves this food, cleared up his diahorrea in only a couple of days. I give him the wet food and the dry and he is doing great on it. Will be sticking with this and wouldn’t buy any other dog food!

Our 11-month-old Border Collie has always had a sensitive stomach and is also an incredibly picky eater. Finding a food that didn’t upset her digestion and that she actually enjoyed has been both exhausting and expensive. We decided to try Symply Puppy Fuel on a whim, and it turned out to be the best decision we’ve made. No more stomach issues, and she now finishes every bowl with enthusiasm. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with similar challenges!

We have been feeding this food to our 2 dogs for a while now and wanted to say how well they are doing on it. No messing about at mealtimes, it's eaten with gusto and the results show in their shiny coats.
I choose to feed Symply as I understand it's a family owned company who support independent pet shops. We all need to do our bit to keep the local high street going and Symply do this!

I have fed Symply dog food (both dry and wet) to my miniature dachshunds for many years now and I wouldn’t change it for the world. They are 13.5 and 14 years old now and are in super condition which I attribute to the food. They don’t have issues with their joints and their coats always get comments from people because they have such a great shine and feel so soft (thanks to the salmon oil in the food). The food does not contain any nasty fillers like some well known brands. I don’t have to feed very much, and have less poop to pick up! But best of all, my dogs absolutely love the food and we have wagging tails every meal time. Thank you Symply!

One of my dogs has allergies and this food really suits her. Her coat is amazing I don’t have to feed very much of it because it doesn’t contain any rubbish and she only has 2 toilets per day. Very happy with Symply.

We switched our ragdoll onto the Symply dry cat food after a recommendation and she loves it, we change up the flavour each time (chicken and salmon), it has made a huge difference to her coat, it noticeably better! We are very happy with the product, it is good quality and lasts her a long time as she grazes on it. Would highly recommend 😊

I chose Symply Puppy Fuel for my Labrador puppy because I was looking for a British manufacturer of high quality food. However, I experienced problems with the food. Whilst my puppy would eat the kibble from a 6kg bag, he turned his nose up at the contents of 12kg bags. This happened with two bags, the second being the most difficult as he ‘symply’ wouldn’t eat it. His stools were loose and he stopped being interested in feed times. I tried mixing in chicken or liver, but even with this distraction, he wouldn’t touch it. To be fair, he’s a Labrador; a breed not known for being picky eaters! But, it didn’t smell great.

I could find no ‘best before’ or ‘use by’ date on the packaging. So, I took photos of the barcode and production run number and emailed Symply (Canagans) who took an age to reply and would only have been interested in replacing a pack which had been unopened - not interested in receiving a sample and checking whether there was a problem. I’m not sure how it would have been possible to know that my dog wouldn’t eat it without having first opened the package 🤨.

More than £52 for a 12kg pack, 6kg of which ended up being thrown away meal by meal, and the final 6kg left in the bag. I switched the puppy to chicken and rice, then straight onto a different manufacturer’s kibble and he’s happy again. Eager to have his bowl put down and finishing every morsel.

I did ask Symply whether there may be an issue with stock turnover with the 12kg bags as he’d happily eaten the contents of 6kg bag. But no response. So, they lost a customer and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this food or company.
