Payment done, no key or reply to email. So just waisting money

I downloaded software and made payment. DID NOT WORK!!!! Tried all forms of support to no avail. I suggest if you want to get screwed go somewhere you might enjoy it. This is TERRIBLE!!!

Received a note from Systweak Software offering to help. The date is 12/26/2025. Now that's what I call PROMPT SERVICE!!!!! Made purchase in August!!!

Advanced System Optimizer, Best PC Cleaner for my laptop. Recommend it :)

Initially, I was using free and online PDF converter software, but later realized that sharing private data on the cloud could be risky. After several days of research, I discovered that Systweak PDF Editor is a great tool for handling all my PDF-related tasks. The best part is that it's available at a much lower price compared to other tools. Although there are still a few glitches, I hope the developers will fix them soon

I purchased the Systweak Duplicate Photo Fixer for $40.00
Multiple times each day Systweak's software spammed my PC. All efforts to block these malicious ads failed.
The unending attacks were built into the Systweak software. Systweak is an outrage of the worst kind.
Stay away.

I was unable to connect internet I tried basic solutions but they didn't solve my issue

Finally , I used advanced driver updater to update all my driver and the tool home screen showed that the wifi driver was outdated. this tool helped me in updating all driver at once I found this tool.by searching on google

I recommended this software

I bought the same product, But I had no problem with it. It is working well for me.

I am happy with its services.

Does not work at all just scans and charges my bank account over and over. Worse yet after clicking the key icon it ran for 5 hours nothing was recovered but for folders with ZERO contents, stay away from this awful time-wasting program.

Dear Anonymous, Systweak Software:

After 4 hours of file recovery and then a further 2 hours of the same nothing was recovered but for a few empty folders on the Toshiba 1 TB hard drive.

Your recovery software is clearly unsuitable for the consumer market. We kindly request a refund of £46.99, which we paid for the software on 17/12/2024. Additionally, due to the 6 hours wasted addressing this issue, we are requesting an additional £150.00. We hope to resolve this dispute amicably.

I have asked for my money back, and 8 days later, no response at all.
As background, I tried the free version of the Duplicate Photo Fixer, which seemed to work well on my laptop. Having bought the paid version to use on my huge Google Photos cache, I tried for hours to make it work. It doesn’t work for me.

Update: After posting this review, surprise, surprise - my refund arrived. Still lookout, but maybe you will get your money back...

I’m feeling very sad as I feel like I’ve been let down, and no refund.

I purchased Systweak software on 13-Oct-24 and my payment ID is pay_P8V9pVvTX9cip3 They have not given license key to remove duplicate files in the harddrive.

It was a wonderful idea to purchase Systweak PDF Editor and make multiple changes on my PDF which I previously thought were impossible.

Loved it! No issues with the app. Easily edited the PDF, added images, removed content and voila - just what I needed.

it was a virus

Well, I am using software from Systweak like- Systweak PDF Editor, Advanced Driver Updater and Duplicate Photo Finder for my personal day to day use. I must say that they have a variety of tools to make life easy and more productive. As I am fully satisfied with the performance and lag free operations of the all above mentioned products, i can vouch for the authenticity of these software.

Purchased Photos Fix on Jan. 17, 224 and have been trying for three months to receive my activation Key. I have sent them proof of purchase many time with no responce. Now my emails requests are returnes "Undeliverable"

I am using 3-4 of software from Systweak - Systweak PDF Editor, Systweak Antivirus, Photos Recovery, Advanced Driver Updater, and Advanced System Optimizer. And let me tell you they are truly professional in this area. I mean the software does exactly what are they supposed to do in the first place without any hiccups, lag or so. I can recommend above mentioned software to anyone who wants to secure their device and optimize its performance.

Recently used Systweak PDF Editor to edit and recreate a resume using a template and it works like a gem. the processing is super smooth and gives you the best methods to edit a PDF document, which is BTW the toughest format to edit.

For a long time I have been using Systweak products, some do the job ok-ish while others like Duplicate Photos Fixer and Systweak PDF Editor are excellent products. Both these tools help me a lot. The former helps keep the photo albums duplicate-free and managed, while the latter helps edit PDFs, convert them, and even merge and split PDFs. Both these tools save a lot of time and energy. However, the downside is that Duplicate Photos Fixer sometimes fails to show small-size pictures in scan results, which I don't like, and there is no option to clean duplicates from Google Photos.
