Top notch service
Had a recent bad purchase from a different dealer leaving me quite out of pocket, sytner went out of Thier way to give me the best deal possible on my new motor, and even sorted out and issue that arose within a week of having the vehicle, it says sorted and fixed at Thier expenses, with zero quarrels. The team were very helpful, particularly Oliver and Nicola.

The waiting time is much longer
The waiting time is much longer, I went there at 8 a.m., i had an appointment at 8:30 a.m., they told me on the phone the day before that they would prioritize me and make fast because I had commitments,and it didn't go like this, I ended up at 12 o'clock, for a simply changing a valve to the tier. That's too much waiting for such a small job.

Nikki and Christiana in the service team know how to get the job done that's all I can say. From a terrible experience with the sales team, they sorted all of our concerns, took back the car to be detailed and (actually) coated with guardx all within 24 hours - with smiles on the faces and great banter! I very professional and enjoyable experience. The initial representative was well informed, engaging, courteous and humerous. The administration process was good. My ony slight gripe is that there was less than alitre of diesel in the car when i received it.
