The sales people I spoke to were all polite, respectful and were not pushy. It has been easy to change my car and took a short time. I was kept fully informed throughout the process.

From very first point of contact through to delivery of my new car the service I received from James Thiel was excellent. Indeed I can say that in all my experiences with BMW over the last twenty years or more this was the best.

Great service always kept up to date on arrival of our car although we had to wait a little longer but mini gave us £150 as compensation.would recommend the dealership in Tring .

The whole experience from choosing my mini to delivery went extremely smoothly. The team are extremely helpful and informative through every step.

Hand over good but very little after care.
I didn’t like that we had trouble with pod point and had no help what so ever from Sydney. Was promised they would email us after they had spoken to Pod Point but that didn’t happen. They change over was very good. I wasn’t happy with the colour as it is a different red to what i was expecting (as per sample)

Sytner Tring amazing
Sytner Tring would absolutely recommend when acquiring a motor vehicle from them..Darren Henshaw from Motability sales from start to finish 100% professional and kept you updated on the order from when I placed it to when we came to collect the vehicle which was approximately 3/4 week when it came to collecting the car he was very detailed and understanding on demonstrating all the controls and equipment. Very highly recommend Sytner Tring Thank you
