Harry our salesman was very knowledgeable about the complete mini range. He took time to listen to our requirements, make recommendations and help us order a car that when delivered we are extremely happy with - nothing was too much trouble.

Mini substandard parts
Car went in for a recall and they did a free health check. Wasn’t that concerned knowing car is still under warranty. It needed 2 new dust cover caps but because they are rubber are not covered. Wanted over £400 to fit on a 2 year old car with 11000 miles. Seems Mini are using substandard parts which are not suitable for the job.
Have completed the Mini survey which is a bit of a scam because unless you score 2 or more out 5 it wont submit so had to give 2!

I contacted Sytner Tring with details of my preferred Mini Countryman on the 26th July 2023. . Next day a video from Darren Henshaw arrived with the perfect car. My VW was dealt with as part exchange and even my favourite number plate was rescued for my new car ! I was upset giving up my Touran but Louise Hill , Darren and the team were kind , helpful and professional making the whole process a joy.

Time was taken over my choice of car & extras and Josh kept me informed of delivery time etc. As my car had to be adapted to hand controls this was all arranged for me by Josh. Made to feel welcome, very helpful.
