Tom was a superhero
Tom was a superhero. He got my car in the day I broke down, part ordered and back to me the next day. All fixed and washed off too! Plus it didn’t cost me as much as I was scared it would! AMAZING!

Visited the dealership for service…
Visited the dealership for service booked in advance, I’ve completed the online check in and requested complementary car cleaning service.
Upon dropping off the vehicle I’ve requested to pick up the car around 14:30 as I needed to complete school pick up( car was dropped off after8:30 which I believe is a reasonable request).
I’ve rang the dealership queering the finish time at 14:20 and been informed service has been carried out and car is awaiting cleaning and will be available to pick up at 16:30-17, I was glad the service has been completed but explained I will require my car back much sooner than the time I was informed about and will pick it up without the complementary cleaning
When I got to the service I’ve explained at the reception that I was dissatisfied and disappointed I haven’t received the call saying car was ready or how long it will be despite informing the team in the morning I will need it by certain time due to my commitments.
Person completing the service then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t reach me on the phone yet I had no problem getting through I just find that poor communication and service delivered on the day has been poor.

My service was completed and further issues identified which could mostly be sorted on the day. Unfortunately, due to parts supply issues, I need to bring back my vehicle for further work next week. All because one necessary bolt was not held in stock.

They kept me informed about what was going on. I trusted them. Much better than Sytner Swansea, so I shall stick with Worcester even though it’s a longer trip for me.

Tom Kelly is an exceptional ambassador for Syntner Mini; my husband even bought a Mini himself (I've been a fan since 2004) on the strength of Tom's customer service. He arranged a courtesy car which allowed me to have a service, MOT, air con refresh, dash cam fitted and 4 alloy wheels repaired in one go. My Mini was returned looking immaculate. Very happy customer.

Very professional service throughout
Very professional service throughout. Sam was very accommodating with booking the car in for my very specific date and time requirements. Lewis the service tech showed a great attitude by wanting to remain involved in fixing the intermittent issue after being involved in the initial diagnosis (and he did!)

BAD CUSTOMER SERVES
I have been told one price and when the bill comes with few more hidden charges.
I paid £25 for a loan car and the boot was full of things.
It’s not the way to treat customer like that, bad customer service.

When we book in online I choose an available time from the options but seem to spend hours waiting regardless, so we now know to pretty much allocate a day when the car comes to you
