My car was in for another recall and yet again the service was exemplary - it always is.
There is a really good reason and that is attention to detail mixed with great communication and support throughout. We were lucky enough to have Samantha Wright as our service advisor again and as every time before she was faultless and kept us informed with a relaxed no pressure friendly approach- thanks Sam you always make a BIG difference!

DO NOT BUY from Sytner BMW Worcester
I contacted this dealership while looking for a new car and noticed several other dealers offering strong discounts and excellent service. After a call and a visit, I decided to place an order for a new BMW M5 and chose this dealer based on their promises of high standards and customer care.
Unfortunately, the problems started immediately. On collection, it was clear that whoever completed the PDI had missed obvious issues. I was assured these would be fixed if I returned the car within the week, but that turned out to be the smallest problem.
Over the next four weeks, the vehicle developed multiple driving issues, especially with handling. In hindsight, I should have rejected the car straight away and got my money back and gone else where, but the dealership repeatedly reassured me they would resolve everything. That trust was a mistake. What followed was a cycle of delays, excuses, and empty promises.
Communication became a joke and required a visit by travelling 30 miles at a time to say whats happening. When you’re buying a car, they call you back instantly. Once there’s a problem, you might as well be shouting at a wall. After multiple calls and visits trying to reach a decision, the car was eventually replaced, but even then, contact was minimal and the experience was far below what you would expect from a premium brand.
Having previously bought three Audi RS6's from Sytner, I expected the same level of professionalism when purchasing a new BMW. Instead, this was the worst dealership experience I’ve had. Assurances weren’t followed through, the process became a joke, and I would not use or recommend this dealership to anyone.

Sam was my point of contact and she explained everything and kept me informed. I don’t like having to book centrally but they will put you through if asked. It is difficult to get a courtesy car and I booked a waiting appointment as I live on my own but was able to get a lift anyway. The car was cleaned and everything went well

My wife and I visited the bmw showroom and was assisted from reception to Matt who was prepared to listen to our needs and make us really welcome he made us coffee he was very professional in his knowledge of the product we asked a lot of questions about going fully electric and Matt had all the answers we cannot fault his professionalism he was so down to earth and a really nice guy and a real asset to BMW it was a pleasure to do business with him and we love the car
