Brilliant service
I purchased a brand new car from Wakefield Audi and I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received.
From the minute I stepped foot into the dealership, to driving my car away, and even the aftercare I have received has been nothing short of amazing and very reassuring.
I have to give a huge mention to Louis who was brilliant!! He stayed in contact with me throughout and made the process so smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend Wakefield Audi to friends and family and would encourage them to ask for Louis specifically.
Overall I am over the moon with my new car and I cannot fault any of the service received and professionalism of the staff.

i Have been waiting to leave this review to see if the issues got better.,Well they havent got any better in the 5 months of ownership of the car.
Mistakes were made during the process of buying the car eventually after several months Audi uk got involved and fixed one of the issues made by the Dealership.
I like the way the car looks but i wish it drove as good as it looks
several software issues have appeared (Brake servo restriction warning messages).The car randomly unlocking itself and doors open messages.Audi assist came and and said if they happened again contact the dealership.Also regarding the brakes the grinding noise at low speeds is driving me crazy,which when i took back to the dealship they said the brakes are fine and the noise is acceptable and even if they changed the brakes they would makle the same noise.
This was supposed to be my dream car but has turned out to be the opposite.The aftersales at the dealership isnt very good which is very frustrating.
The quality of this car isnt what expected from a audi approved used car. This will be my last purchase from wakefield Audi or any other Audi if this the quality they say is acceptable.
I regret making this purchase and i am considering cutting my losses and selling the car and buying a different brand of car.
sorry im not enjoying the Audi Driving experience.

Car purchase

Expensive Tyres…….do not buy from a main dealer !…
Took car to Sytner Audi in Wakefield. Servicing was fine BUT a new tyre was needed to pass the MOT (which had expired by 2 days) and the charge was £262…………. this is nearly £100 more than I could have got the tyre elsewhere (black circles/tyreshopper etc). As the MOT had expired and there was a defect on the tyre I was unaware of, the dealer basically had me over a barrel.
I feel Audi main dealers charge too much for tyres. It’s not as though it’s an OEM part ! Very poor.

Liam and Scott provide excellent service. They explained the process of buying a new car on Finance from start to finish, ensuring everything met my needs. Wakefield Audi, is great from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, all of the staff there treat you very well.
The two that I mainly deal with is Lydia on reception and Craig in sales.
My third car in the space of 2 1/2 year,I keep saying it's the last , this time more likely will be having purchased a Q3 2026, I have still placed Wakefield as my place to go to even though York is nearer.
