We recently purchased the Deuter Kid Comfort 3 from TAHOE Mountain Sports after Extensively and Exhaustively researching the many child carriers available,living half a world away in Australia was no issue as the customer service i received was to bluntly put it IMPECCABLE! We recieved the carrier in no time at all and our little one absolutely loves it! Its and amazing piece of outdoor gear as its extreemly comfortable to wear and very comfy for our little miss too after hours of walking,its very well designed and has plenty of storage compartments,its is also very adjustable for both the child and adult :)

Typically you receive some products and are informed of a delay in writing. I appreciated their honesty and that is why I elected NOT to cancel my order. I received the first items as requested and without delay.

I ordered snow boots and they came in way aster than expected! I obviously haven't gotten to wear them in te snow yet, but I walked around in them and they were very comfortable, warm and they fit great. I got a size up from my normal size so that I could wear multiple pairs of socks with them.

I lost a basket from my Black Diamond hiking poles. When I searched for it on-line, I was happy to find it on Tahoe Mtn. Sports as a "spare part" for the pair. The basket looks sort of like a snow-flake with a portion of the outer sector missing, but it's purposefully molded that way. It looked exactly like that on-line so I clicked on it and bought it. What I recieved was a pair of small, round baskets, they are from Black Diamond, but the WRONG PART!
