Tahoe Mountain Sports Avis 

Ordered a pair of shoes which were 33% off of the manufactures price, shoes were shipped same day ordered 2 day USPS.
Now if only the USPS could be as efficient and deliver within the 2 days. :)
Shipping took 5 days total(not Tahoe's problem they did their job)
Overall great experience and will use Tahoe again for my shoes.

1. Great service is where it's shine the most. I chatted with customer service guy. very patient and knew his stuff.
2. Prices are best on the web when it comes to MSR stoves anyways.
3. Fast shipping.

I would definitely recommend Tahoe Mountain Sports to everyone. It's half the price of what I would have to pay in a store in Norway, and David on chat was really helpful with all my concerns about shipping and other questions. They also have the buySAFE guarantee, so I won't have to worry about ID theft. They doublechecked me, that my visacard wasn't stolen, which I think makes them trustworthy.

I had ordered a tent from another company the day prior to my order with TMS, this would be a Friday and my order with TMS was Saturday. I was super impressed that I had my TMS order that Wednesday. All with free shipping. This other company had just shipped my order that very same Wednesday that I had already received my TMS order. I won't see it until the following Wednesday and I paid for shipping. The speed at which TMS sent my order to me speaks loud, it was correct and direct.

I ordered a backpacking pack and purchased it for $50 less than I would have paid at rei. Free shopping is always a plus and my pack came in on the day they told me it would.

Very helpful in turning around my order to make a last minute camping trip.

Adam, was fantastic, great help, I was browsing through the website, and I forgot it open, and then I heard a beep from somewhere, and was like "what in the name was that" Then I opened up the website, and there was a window that had popped up, and it asked if I need help!! And I was all like "Who are you?" and he was all like "Yo!!! I'm Adam! I'm here to help you!" and then I was like "wow dude!!! Tahoe Sports has been very reliable, and I will continue to do business with them. I was looking for a very hard to find item, which every online store had on backorder. I eventually found Tahoe Sports, and an online sales representative/ product specialist informed me the item was in stock and ready to ship. I was extremely impressed they had this type of immediate customer service online. I could have questions answered, and be informed about the products. The item shipped from CA to PA and arrived in time for a Birthday. Thanks!
