Ordered a pair of splitboard bindings online - the process was easy, the payment method very secure and the bindings showed up within a few days.

Site was easy to navigate. Price for item was fair. I was surprised by the chat help that came online without me asking. The experience was nice and the employee was very helpful.

Ordered a jacket, hiking shoes, and a air pump, but there was an issue on the color of shoe, they sold out just before I ordered. CS emailed and I emailed and we came to an agreement and it was done! I had some questions in size, they advised me on what to do, specefic to the brand and how the sizes run. I went with their advice and they were spot on! Great place! Selection is a little limited, but was told they could possibly order if not in stock! Great place to do business.

Shipping wS fast, good selection of quality outdoor merchandise; the shipping charges are too high, Purchased a $70 pair of gloves, paid shipping; needed a larger size so returned, shipping for UPS was $26. All told, the Christmas gift of $70 mittens cost me over $125. That is the only thing that would keep me from shopping with Tahoe again.

I got Black Diamond Guide gloves for Christmas. So far, so good - great gloves. But, they don't have leashes. So, they are guaranteed to fall and get lost when you're on the lift at the most remote spot. I needed leashes - Hestra's cuffs are the best but try buying them without the gloves. No problem if you go to Tahoe Mountain Sports. Now...the best gloves and the best leashes - I need a new excuse.

We ordered a helmet and unfortunately this particular model just didn't fit right despite being the right size and so we returned it. Tahoe Mountain Sports processed the return and credited our account very quickly!

Excellent service. They had some issues with the web page. However, with the online chat, we could immediately resolve that. I will shop there again. Delivery was very fast (next day), which I had not even expected.

Ordered and paid, then received an email the next day stating that the boots I ordered were not available. I requested the order be canceled. It was canceled, but I did not receive my money back until after I emailed asking where it was.
