Tahoe Mountain Sports Avis 

I ordered a North Face ABS Vest. These are pretty hard to find, and expensive. I got the item for a good price and it shipped very quickly. I live in Utah, so being close to Tahoe it arrived within 2 days. Everything was packaged great, and worked perfectly. I appreciated them calling to double check it was me as well, considering how expensive the item was. Will order through them again, and would reccomend to everyone.

I definitely recommend buying from this company. I was worried since I never heard of in the past but item was perfect and customer service was excellent.

I looked everywhere for this carrier and I found it in several pages but only here the shipping was just right, in price, delivery time and international! My husband, my baby and I have enjoyed this carrier since we pull it out of the package, not to mention that the video that's posted on the description in their web site was really helpful!

I do not usually post reviews, but I had to comment after my experience: I signed up for their newsletter in the checkout screen as I was purchasing my first product from them. I then saw that they had a special coupon for subscribing to their newsletter, so I sent them a letter asking if they would apply that to the order I just made. I know a lot of companies would not do that, but they took care of it without any fuss. I was impressed that they cared more about their customers than their profits.

I had been looking everywhere for an item that other sites wouldn't ship to Canada. I found it on the TMS site, which has easy navigation, and it shipped to Canada. Easy checkout process, and shipped immediately. I had my new purchase in a few days of purchasing online.

Very quick and steady online service!

I purchased a pair of Black Diamond FLZ Trekking Poles in early July. Not only do I love the trekking poles but they were shipped immediately. I received them in the mail in a matter of days even though it was over the 4th of July holiday weekend. The poles are light weight and break down easy into a nice compact unit for storage and traveling. I had a knee replacement last year and find the poles help take the stress off of my joints when hiking in hilly terrain as well as on flat ground. When using them I stand up straighter, they prevent me from favoring my weak knee and add a little aerobic workout to even simple walks on flat terrain.

This is my first time buying online from Tahoe mountain sports. It was really easy to use their online ordering system, it also gave me many ways to pay which is important to me. I had queries about some products and they answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. The order was shipped quickly and had one issue with it and they fixed this very quickly. Overall for an online shopping experience I would strongly recommend them

I ordered on amazon but the item was out of stock. At first they immediately refunded my purchase with no fuss. Then they emailed me saying that they just got a pair of sunglasses that I was looking for returned to their store so they sent them right to me! Great service and super quick shipping. Thanks!

Package arrived promptly and Camp-Tek MicroBurst inflator appears to be in good shape although the box was somewhat crushed (but product was well protected)...the inflator seems to work as advertised but I was disappointed to find that it is extremely difficult to open the cover over the air tube which is used for inflation...also difficult to open the battery compartment cover...it is hard enough to open these in a warm living room, hard to know how easy it will be on a camping trip...the inflator also seems to take much longer to inflate a Nemo mattress than expected, but it did work (if it can inflate 3-4 times on a set of batteries, this will be fine).

My Kelty Trekking pole is excellent and moderately priced .Love it and Tahoe Mt sports had it to me in 2 days from across the US.

Tahoe Mountain Sports gave me the best experience! I was looking for a bathing suit that was out of stock everywhere else. Not only did they have it in stock, they had it on sale too! I was so excited that I decided to buy even more while I was there. Then I found out that I got free shipping because my order was less than 2 lbs. I have never written a review before, but this was such a great experience that I felt compelled to. Overall great experience! Shop here before anywhere else!!!
