Slow and they don't keep you up to date unless you nag them about the progress. It was such a hassle. We had inquiry regarding the mortgage and a week later we call them and they haven't even contacted them yet. We use them as it was recommended by the Estate agent. We had questions and took forever to reply and sometimes no reply at all. The process took longer than necessary and it keeps putting the moving date off. It was a nightmare experienced, crazy enough to move house let alone having issues with the people that you pay to help you with the process. Ridiculous

Great experience! Super helpful but did require a fair bit of chasing in terms of getting replies to emails. I'd have to bring up a few days later because I wouldn't hear back. All in all ensured that things were kept moving and easy to deal with.

Talbots have been great. So simple and informative and very quick to respond. They answer queries professionally and promptly. Tori and team were excellent and it was a pleasure to use their services.

Talbots were the solicitors used by the buyer of our flat. They seemed extremely diligent in their work. However every response took weeks and the same questions seemed to be asked over and over. Information requested and sent by our solicitor got sent to "our technical department" where it seemed to sit for ages. the whole thing took much longer than it should given we had a cash buyer and the property was vacant and chain free. I would say to anyone using Talbots that you need to chase all the time or not much gets done.
