Making charge is too high. I'm completely disappointed with your company. I will not go to any of your Tanishq shops in the near future. I'm annoyed by the staff's aggressive push for reviews over the phone and they are rude and not so co-operative. Today, I had visited to Tanishq, Serampore . I went there to exchange old gold for new hallmark gold, gathered some unexpected experiences from that shop.

I accidentally placed an order on Tanishq and canceled it immediately before it was even confirmed. Despite this, Tanishq deducted over $5,000 from my account the next day, plunging my PayPal into a negative balance.
Their customer service is completely negligent. Chat agents refused to escalate the issue and hid behind a "7-10 working days" script. After waiting two weeks and emailing them, they casually replied that they only just processed the refund that day—meaning they sat on my $5,000 and did nothing until I followed up.
Worse, they provided absolutely no transaction receipt, reference number, or official banking proof for this refund. We are just expected to blindly take their word for it and wait.
My bank is now chasing me for the negative balance, which is actively threatening my credit score. Tanishq treats a massive financial error with absolute lethargy and zero accountability. Avoid shopping online with them.

Very disappointing experience with Tanishq sector 18, Noida showroom.
I recently purchased a gold bangle, which unfortunately got tilted/damaged. When I approached Tanishq for repair, I was told it would be taken care of, but they kept the bangle for almost 1.5 months. What is even more disappointing is that the commitments communicated to me in writing by Tanishq Care over email were not fulfilled. We have kept everything on email with all the issues.

I chose a reputed brand over local jewellers with the expectation of better service, reliability, and customer support, despite paying significantly higher making charges. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing and has made me question that decision.

I sincerely hope Tanishq takes such customer grievances seriously and improves its after-sales service and commitment to customers.

My elderly mom and me have been humiliated by the entire staff of Tanishq.

Repeatedly the process were changed without informing us, several mails asked which were given as per the saying

Later on received a call stating that you refund is 7k not 12k, I am feeling cheated .

Have lot of things to tell but this space won’t be enough, being Tata enterprise Tanishq has broken our trust

Would like to speak to your customer grievance committee for addressing the issue.

The product is very unique and the staff(vaijayanti)who guided us helped us choose the best product..

I am regretly to say that it is not good experience with tanishq in 2026, before earlier it was so so. Now what I faced, I took gold rivaah (acct. 166587520) from Abulane Meerut showroom. When plan matured they give some days for purchasing. I don't purchased in specific time line because I was out of station. After that they done automatically by own hand like giving coins, benefits money transferred directly. Not permission from my side. When I have not collect the coins. then Repeatedly message me that your money will forfeited.
Ek to apana Paisa jama karo... Wo khud execute kare without permission fir hamara khud ka money jabt ho jayega.... Then I unhappily collected the coin.
I never expected from a very valuable company Tanishq.
I only suggest that
Jawellary kharido sirf cash se not take any scheme... Warana khud ka money jabt ho jayega.

Bought some jewelry today..was served by Mr.Jagrup Chand and Ms.Anu Sharma..very friendly and quick staff..overall I had a good experience..
