I ordered a valve via Amazon which Royal Mail lost. I contacted Tap spares directly and they resolved my issue quickly with no fuss. Great service

What a refreshing change to actually have a number you can call if you have a query and you’re not sure you’re buying the right part. I had a drip on my tap and I thought I was buying the right part but wanted to make sure as we are on a water meter so didn’t want to risk buying the wrong bit and have to wait longer to replace. Spoke to the most delightful lady - just sorry I didn’t get her name but a big thank you. Less than 5 minutes and I had confirmation I had what was right saving me stress down the line. Delivery was next day but I did pay for that as I needed the part quickly. Thank you for a great service.

I needed to fix a leaky tap quickly before I went on holiday. Elaine was great at finding the part I needed quickly, got it delivered next day and no more drips. A very happy customer.

Often we refurbish a kitchen/bathroom/laundry & think nothing more, not keeping the paperwork/invoices identifying the taps.
The problem is that in time the taps in these locations may need repair/new cartridges/tap inserts.
Tap Spares UK has come to my rescue identifying the parts replacements. The 'tap finder' facility they have added to their website has taken away the difficult decision I had in finding a replacement cartridge for my Clearwater Monobloc kitchen tap.
With as much detail as I could gather & a photo of the tap Elaine was able to resolve my quandary & allowed me to purchase with certainty.
Great service, responded with clear instruction in good time. I then purchased the suggested cartridge, fitted it & resolved the dripping
issue.

Ordered parts on a Tuesday pm, delivered Thursday am via Royal Mail 48 hour delivery service.
Fitted both hot and cold replacement valves Friday without any problems. Took about 60 minutes from start to finish.
I would recommend watching YouTube videos first just to familiarise yourself with the job before starting.
The only issue I had which was nothing to do with Tap Spares was that the grub screw holding the cold tap lever required a 2.5 mm Allen key.

I ordered a cartridge for my monza tap from Tap Spares & I had an issue when fitting it, I emailed Tap Spares for advice & received a quick response back from Elaine which helped sort my problem.
Due to their excellent service I will certainly use Tap Spares in the future.

I ordered a replacement spout for my kitchen tap after checking the right one with the Tap Spares support team. When I tried to fit it there was a problem so I got back in touch. They responded quickly and asked for pictures. I then managed to fit the spout. I was very pleased with their responsiveness and their support. I would use them again

My kitchen tap was dripping and I had trouble finding a replacement cartridge. I sent a photo to tap spares and a lady called Elaine helped me identify the correct part. The part was shipping speedily and I replaced the cartridge and stopped the drip. Thanks to Tap Spares UK a great resource to tap.

Our taps were leaking so I went on Tap Spares website to find the relevant parts, having thought I had I decided just incase to send a photo of the taps to their help desk. A Lady called Elaine informed me that the taps I thought were right were indeed wrong.
Elaine sent me a link for the correct ones which I ordered.
This was the first time I had used Tap Spares UK and I was most impressed by the service I had received and would certainly recommend them.

I needed to order a replacement valve for a tri-tap with little information. The Tap Spares website made it easy to identify the part and it arrived quickly. Fantastic customer service and advice from Todd who knew exactly the problem with my leaking spout. Was really helpful and offered to refund if the parts didn't work but they did. Absolutely Brilliant! would recommend to everyone.

Searching without success for a tap cartridge, a friend gave me a link to this site, and I'm glad he did. Todd found me what I need and the part is on its way.
