User-Friendly EDDM Platform and Wonderful Staff

Would Highly Recommend!
This is our second time using Taradel for EDDM as a small retail business. The process is so simple and straightforward. Our mailers looked great the first time around and I am sure our most recent order will as well. Customer service is top notch and never feels pushy. I would recommend Taradel to any business who is looking to utilize Direct Mail marketing. The pricing is incredibly reasonable for the level of service and value you are provided.

Not user friendly enough
Hard to use. Uploading my own images, no matter the resolution made them appear blurry on the design.
There was no proof at the end so I had no idea how much the postage square would cover. Inability to change templates was inconvenient.

Zero traffic increase with trial campaign
Over $1000 spend on trial campaign. Campaign included QR code and web page to track any traffic increase. 1565 mailers sent out to an optimal market region for trial. There was literally zero increase in page traffic. Zero. I honestly think something went wrong. I will not be using this service again in the future. This was wasted time, money and resources.
