Good Experience!
The maps and all the demographic information are super helpful. Good customer experience.
Two improvements I would LOVE to see are:
1. Being able to enter multiple addresses at once to the map.
2. Being able to see the design we've selected/uploaded at check out. Knowing I've uploaded the right file before I hit send and then being able to see that design in the recent orders portal would be really helpful!

The ordering process honestly became irritating. We tried multiple times to edit and re-upload our artwork with the same issues being brought up. It seems that an issue such as converting a jpeg file or a png to a pdf could be handle on your end and that wasn't an option. We canceled the order.

Bought $2500 worth of postcard…
Bought $2500 worth of postcard advertising to hit over 3,100 homes. My residence as well as several people I know are inside of the radius I targeted. I never received the ad nor did anyone I know. I also didn't receive a single call or email from the ad. I would have been better off throwing $2500 in to the wind. If you check Yelp, which I should have done first, there's others who've gone through the same situation.

Fair customer service
Fair customer service, good map, and options for resending. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because the map does not allow you to deselect apartment housing so we are going to have to swallow those bones as that is not our target audience.

Credit Card Processing Fee?!?!
Ordering online but being charged a cc processing fee for an online-only company. This makes no sense since I cannot physically hand you cash or a check. If an invoicing option is available, please advise.

In addition to credit card payments, we also accept debit card transactions and ACH (bank transfer) payments, both of which do not incur a surcharge fee. We'd be happy to walk you through these options at your convenience.
The surcharge on credit card payments is a direct fee from the payment processor. We do not mark up these fees or add them to our pricing. This helps keep our pricing fair and consistent for all customers, regardless of payment method.

The website is fairly easy to navigate and they are available to answer questions. The on-line editor for the mailers is great, if a little limited in features. I cant complain about tyhat either because it was easy to use and ended up making what looks like a great mailer.

Sunny is excellent! She went above and beyond this week helping us to get 3 orders sorted out. She was able to hop on a phone call at short notice, was very friendly and responsive, and was able to show us how the B2B list building feature worked.
