Best Trade-In service I have everused
I’ve used multiple trade-in services before, but none compare to Tecsurgery. From the moment I got my quote to the time I received my payment, everything was seamless. I sent my iPhone 16 Plus, it was new but mistakenly I opened the box. I choose new condition and sent my device using their prepaid label. Upon receiving they contacted me and informed me that the device has been opened and they can’t resell the device as new and they gave me a new quote for the device. Their new quote was very reasonable and I was happy to take it. Within 15 minutes of accepting it the money was in my bank account. They’ve won me over as a loyal customer!

Selling My Laptop to TecSurgery: A good experience
Just sold a laptop to TecSurgery via post. Here was my experience:
Decent quote, better and more fair than other websites I looked at.
Postal was straight forward and easy. They sent email confirming quote with a link to royal mail to print out label (or QR code to print out at post office if you prefer). I printed out label and took parcel to post office Saturday. I followed post office tracking until it was delivered this morning (Tuesday).
A few hours later I got an email with a revised offer due to a minor defect I hadn't been aware of (they included picture proof in the email, so I trusted they were being honest)
The revised offer was still fair and better than other websites.
I accepted the offer and received the money to my PayPal 15 minutes later.
Altogether a smooth and stress free experience with a fair price. I recommend TecSurgery.

I’ve had bad experiences in the past with companies lowering their offer after receiving the device, but with this company it was totally different. They actually honoured their quoted price. The money was sent straight to my account without any deductions. I will definitely be selling more devices with them in the future. A truly honest and reliable company.

I was worried about selling my device online because I’ve heard horror stories of companies reducing the payout after receiving the item. Tecsurgery was completely different! They paid the exact amount they quoted without any deductions.The process was so easy! I printed the prepaid shipping label they provided, sent my device, and within a day of them receiving it, I had the money in my account. No delays, trustworty experience. If you want a reliable and fair place to sell your tech, this is it!
