After delivery I ask why the phone box was not sealed, they answer that it left "with the seals intact", I ask if someone completely removed the original Oneplus seals in transit, they answer that the plastic film on the box represents the "intact seals". I tell them that it does not represent a seal and that the phone was activated on the Oneplus website more than a month before my order.
Without any apologies or other suggestions, I am offered to return it "for no reason". I pay and return the package according to the instructions received, I am refunded the amount initially paid for the product and delivery, but not the one paid separately for the return. I sent several emails regarding the amount paid for the return, first they pretended not to understand what I was asking, then they didn't respond for a few days, serious company that expects customers to pay for returns when they realize the company insists on some nonsense and tries to sell a "new product" that was used before.

Am primit produsul la timp,fara sa fie nevoie sa iau legătura cu ei..am văzut multe reviewuri in contradicție,dar aveau cel mai bun preț de pe piata..
Chiar nu au fost probleme,și chiar mă declar mulțumit

Stay away from this store. I bought a bluetooth speaker from them and received it pretty fast, but the performance of it wasn't good enough so I decided to return it right away. I packed everything the speaker came with and sent it back to the seller. They then wrote back that they received the speaker, but the loading cable and part of the leaflets were not received, so they need to charge me 20% of the price for this. What followed was a petty exchange of e-mails where I urged them to check internally or with the forwarder what happened because I sent the whole package back and where they repplied back that the responsibility is not theirs and they need to charge me for the lack of a plain charging cable and some leaflets. They of course ended up charging me for the missing stuff. Maybe this is their strategy to gain something from the returned products, and if so, shame on them. Next time when I return a package I will make a video with what and how I pack the merchandise, and how I hand it over to the courier if that's what it takes. However, never again from this store.

I order an iphone 12 yesterday at15:30,wery pleased surprised i have it delivered today around 13:30,original package ok ,came with generic headphones and charger as it was described on site.
Really fast and good price.

Bought a couple of phones from them, didn't have any issues with them (yet - 3 mo ish). Very good prices (almost 100 lei cheaper, but matches the expected price in usd on amazon). Store has a bad reputation on this site, but in the end only people that had bad experiences end up posting reviews.

My personal advice (for this store and any other):
- open the package on arrival, refuse it if the courier won't open it
- check the phone is still in original packaging, the plastic is not broken, the box is not damagee
- look up the box beforehand on google or a yt unboxing and make sure the box looks as in the pictures

tldr didn't have any issues with them, it was weird that they use olx.ro as a delivery partner. I know where I'm getting my next phone.

Bad company. Ordered a mini mavic,next day they canceled the order with an sms and no explanation. Stay away, forums are filled with complaints.

Mobile phone was presenting fingerprints on the backside, OS had preinstalled Italian apps and Italian mobile operator logo at start. Not new, as It was ordered. A truly fraud

Daca vi se pare ca au preturi bune e pentru ca au servicii proaste.
Am cumparat un telefon care s-a dovedit a fi blocat intr-o retea in UK.
Telefonul a fost verificat si au confirmat. Motivul: nu am stiut ca e blocat...lol
Dupa o saptamana de la retur inca ma rog de ei sa imi trimita banii inapoi.
Raspund greu la emailuri, uneori la telefon.
Pentru 100 de lei in plus mai bine alegeam o firma care stie ce face.
Cum sa vinzi telefoane blocate si sa nu stii?

I had recently had my lg g flex 2 repaired. It was stuck in bootloop and they changed the motherboard in 5 days, everything free of cost.

Pot sa le dau -1000 pentru neseriozitate. Am trimis la ei in service un LG G3 (al 3-lea telefon cumparat de la ei) care se incalzeste si se inchide. Mi-au zis ca eu l-am lovit/scapat/distrus (un client fidel nenorocit care nu stie sa foloseasca un telefon) si mi-au anulat garantia, cu toate ca incalzirea telefonului este o problema des intalnita la acest telefon fara nicio legatura cu modul de utilizare. Mi-au trimis telefonul inapoi fara macar sa ma sune sa-mi spuna ca-l trimit inapoi, fara sa incerce macar sa gaseasca o solutie ... Pana acum nu am mai intalnit astfel de neprofesionisti. Consider ca pur si simplu nu vor/nu stiu sa vand si prin urmare nu merita sa mai aiba clienti!

Numerele de telefon 3 la numar sunt afisate degeaba, oricum nu raspunde nimeni la ele. Astept pentru o comanda de o luna si ceva. Nu-mi raspunde nimeni la mailuri si datorita comenturilor ce le -am citit mai jos am decis sa ii anunt totusi printr-un mail fiindca la telefon nu raspund, ca anulez comanda, efectiv ma rugam de oamenii astia sa le fac vanzare de un telefon de 30 de milioane care dupa cum vad se poate sa fi fost si replica:))) amuzant. Le multumesc oamenilor care au scris despre experientele cu ei deoarece daca acum fac asa si nici nu am luat telefonul cine stie ce se intampla daca il primeam si aveam probleme cu el . Groaznic..

Aveti grija, stati departe de acest site-fantoma care vinde falsuri! Am facut greseala sa comand un Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge dual sim si mi-au trimis o clona cu 2800 de lei. Este extrem de dificil sa iei legatura cu ei, nu raspund la nici un numar de telefon afisat, unele nici macar nu sunt functonale. La e-mail raspund cu aceeasi nepasare si nesimtire fata de client. Desi am returanat telefonul de doua saptamani, nu mi-am primit banii inapoi conform legii romane. Ne vedem la tribunal dragi falsificatori si hoti! Altfel nu am cum sa va numesc, imi tineti banii blocati, hotilor! Cand am primit clona de la voi am platit pe loc! Sunt Sfintele Sarbatori de Craciun si nu am putut cumpara cadouri si alimente pentru ca voi, nesimtitilor nu vreti sa imi trimiteti banii! Pana la Haga merg cu voi! Halal! Aveti grija oameni buni, sunt un MAGAZIN FANTOMA din Ploiesti!

Am cumparat un telefon Samsung galaxy S7 si telfonul avea probleme cu primirea apelurilor. L-am trimis in service (garantia nu e oferita de service autorizat Samsung!!) si mi-a fost returnat fara a fi reparat pe motiv ca telefonul este zgariat. Telefonul avea zgrieturi pe spate cauzate de o utilizare normala ...

Am comandat un Sony Xperia Z5 gold pt sora mea de la ei si cand a vrut sa scoata telefonul din cutie surpriza: cutia nesigilata, telefonul setat deja si lasat in lb. chineza..... Cum sa vinzi o asemenea porcarie? Plus de asta îi si intreb inainte daca telefonul este original si daca are meniu in lb. romana, normal ca ei au spus ca are si eu am crezut ca sunt seriosi si ca ei chiar vand produse de calitate. Nu cumparati de lai ei sub nicio forma! Mai bine asteptati sa va adunati bani si sa cumparati produsul din magazine serioase. Dupa cum am citit pe aici sunt neseriosi si nu sunt singurul care a patit asta.

Am cumparat un Sony Z3 Compact in urma cu ceva timp si mi s-a dezlipit ecranul. Am trimis frumos telefonul la sediul lor din Ploiesti si... surpriza, primesc informare pe mail ca mi s-a anulat garantia deoarece de la clapeta din stanga lipseste un cauciuc (absolut nicio legatura cu problema pentru care eu am trimis telefonul), iar in asa zisa "garantie" era specificat ceva cu "folosire necorespunzatoare"...
Amuzant este ca fratele meu care are acelasi tip de telefon a patit acelasi lucru (si de altfel este o problema comuna la telefoanele Sony), asa ca a dus telefonul la garantie (la Orange, unde a primit imediat un telefon nou) si i-a povestit tipului de acolo patania mea cu aceeasi probema. Tipul de acolo a inceput sa rada cand a auzit pentru ce motiv nu am primit reparatia.

Sentimenul este ca aceasta "firma" de bloc e condusa de niste desculti amatori... de altfel si tipa care mi-a raspuns la email era foarte agramata, probabil ca era si femeie de serviciu si lucra la suport tehnic, in acelasi timp.

Concluziile le trageti voi, insa parerea mea este ca decat sa va luati teapa de la acesti muritori de foame, mai bine mai puneti un ban si cumparati telefoane de la o firma serioasa.

Sa nu achizitionati telefoane de pe acest site! Sunt replici,mi-am comandat un s4 si dupa cateva luni am avut probleme cu soft-ul si l-am dus la o cunostiinta ,care se ocupa cu reparatii ,sa vada care e problema si m-a intrebat de unde l-am achizitionat pentru ca este o replica si piesele nu sunt intocmai cele originale. Atentie mare de unde va comandati telefoanele, aveti sansa sa irositi niste bani .
