So impressed with the service ordered the bed at 1pm it was with me by 7pm the same day . Delivery driver was very helpful . The small double bunk bed is perfect just what we wanted and good quality .

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Tender Sleep Furniture. The bed is fantastic quality, looks amazing, and the price was very affordable. The customer service was excellent from start to finish.
On the day of delivery, I was kept fully informed with an accurate delivery time, which made everything so much easier. The delivery driver was very professional, friendly, and a great help with assisting us and making sure everything was in place.
Overall, a brilliant experience, excellent value for money, and outstanding service. I will definitely be ordering from Tender Sleep Furniture again in the future. Thank you so much!

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. I ordered from here because I needed a bed the next day. I have a confirmation of order now nothing WhatsApp not being delivered no reply to anything. Called one number to be told that they had stolen their name and they were nothing to do with this company Thank god I paid by credit card letting the bank sort it out now will never use this scam company again.

I gave a review regarding a refund which I have been waiting for. The company replied through Trustpilot saying sorry for any inconvenience and asking for details. I emailed details and have tried calling them but surprisingly still no response. Quick enough at taking the money but not at sorting out the problem

Absolute shocking service from when i was informed of delivery.
The delivery driver turned up only to find out that there was no bed, mattress etc. on the lorry, and i was told it had been loaded onto another lorry and would be with me in 1 hour.
I called the customer service and sent WhattsApp messages with no response. I finally managed to speak to someone who told me they would call me back in 5 mins to let me know what was happening, but 1 hour later i still had not had a response. On calling them again it just kept going to voicemail, and at this point i thought i had been scammed...
Finally managed to speak to someone around 4.30pm to be told delivery would be up to 10pm that night!!!!
Nothing turned up OBVIOUSLY, so i sent more WhattsApp messages and emails telling them i wanted a full refund.
Finally yesterday i had a message saying delivery would be between 3 & 5pm, to which i said that i do not receive the goods, i will be getting a refund.
Driver turned up at 4.30pm and one of the delivery men refused to take the goods down my short walkway to my front door...
How is this kind of service possible??
Absolutely shocking, no customer service skills, no communication and definitely NO MORE BUSINESS FORM ME!!
